Luo Xiaoying

Luo Xiaoying, female, Han nationality, born in April 1979 in Panyu, Guangdong Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China. At present, he teaches in the school of tourism and geography, Shaoguan University.

Major education and work experience

From September 1997 to July 2001, he got Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology Department of Zhanjiang Normal University. The undergraduate thesis is "preliminary study on cold resistance physiology of Eremochloa officinalis", and the graduation thesis is published in pratacultural science.

From September 2001 to July 2003, he majored in botany in College of forestry, South China Agricultural University. The research topic is "the effect of AM mycorrhiza on the growth and phosphorus absorption of Michelia Montana", mainly engaged in the physiological and ecological research of AM mycorrhiza.

He received a doctor's degree in botany from the Forestry College of South China Agricultural University. The title of his doctoral dissertation is "Research on conservation biology of Camellia azalea, an endemic and endangered plant in China", mainly engaged in the research on conservation biology of rare and endangered plants.

From September 2006 to June 2009, he taught landscape botany, general ecology, physical geography, evaluation and application of plant aesthetics in school of planning and ecology, Beihai college, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

From June 2009 to now, he has taught cartography, comprehensive physical geography, urban ecology and other subjects in the school of tourism and geography of Shaoguan University.

Eight papers have been published in biodiversity, Acta tropical and subtropical flora, Acta South China Agricultural University, etc.
