(1) Laser physics and quantum optics

The full quantum or semi classical theory of laser, two-photon laser, non inversion laser, single atom maser, superfluorescence, SUPERRADIATION and Jaynes Cummings model are studied. Some important effects are predicted

Such as quantum beat, quantum chaos, nonequilibrium phase transition, squeezed state, photon antibunching, sub Poisson photon statistics and so on.

(2) Biophotonics and "Gu parameter"

We have completed a lot of experimental research on biophoton radiation. Based on the experimental results of molecular biology and modern physical methods, the quantum theory of biophoton radiation is established. A set of parameters describing the dynamics and steady-state behavior of biophotons is proposed. They have been found to be in good agreement with the experimental results of many biological samples and have been recognized and valued internationally. They are called "Gu parameters". Based on the theoretical guidance of this set of parameters, the structure and measurement method of the detection instrument have been improved, which makes biophoton research develop into a high-tech biotechnology with wide application.

(3) Electrochemiluminescence and nonlinear theory

Based on the quantum mechanical mechanism of the interaction between radiation and matter in an open system, a nonlinear theory of electrochemiluminescence (ECL) is proposed for liquid systems, especially for complex liquid systems containing microorganisms. Its results are shown to be in good agreement with many experimental observations. This method can be widely used in the detection of various liquid systems.
