Born in 1964, Han nationality, from Yiyang, Hunan Province, from September 1980 to July 1984, he obtained a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Jishou University, Hunan Province, from July 1984 to August 1987. He served as assistant professor in Mathematics Department of Jishou University, Hunan Province, from September 1987 to June 1990. He obtained a master's degree in mathematics from Harbin Institute of technology, from July 1990 to December 1993. He served as a lecturer in Mathematics Department of Changsha University of Technology (former Changsha Electric Power University) from January 1994 to August 1999 From September 1999 to June 2002, he received a doctor of Science degree from the Institute of mathematics and Systems Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From July 2002 to now, he has been an associate professor and professor in the Department of basic science, Department of mathematics and science, Beijing Business University. He has been invited to visit Ohio State University, South Brittany University, Macao University, cork University, etc. he was promoted to Professor in 2003
