Hong Lanyou

Hong Lanyou (1900-1958), a native of Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, graduated from the Law Institute of Shanghai Sinian University. He has been engaged in the party affairs of the Chinese Kuomintang for a long time and is the backbone of the CC department. He has successively served as the Secretary General of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, the executive member of the Central Committee, the chairman of the party Department of Chongqing Municipality, the Vice Minister of the Social Department of the Central Committee, the Deputy Secretary General of the Executive Committee of the Central Committee, the Deputy Secretary General of the Political Committee of the Central Committee, the Deputy Secretary General of the acting secretary general, the deputy chairman of the Compilation Committee of the history of the central party, the deputy chairman of the central disciplinary committee, the director of the Judicial Yuan Judge Training Institute, and the director of Deputy Minister of government affairs, Minister of the interior, etc. In 1948, he became Secretary General of the national assembly. In 1949, he went to Taiwan to serve as Secretary General of the national assembly. He died in 1958. He wrote a general theory of law.
