Huang Jingxian: born in 1953, Zhuang nationality, deputy chief physician, director of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Department of Red Cross Hospital of Yulin City, Guangxi, third director of Guangxi National Medicine Association, former member of the fifth Yulin Municipal (county-level) CPPCC and vice chairman of Yulin agricultural and industrial Democratic Party committee. He graduated from Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine with a master's degree in medicine.

He is good at miscellaneous diseases in internal medicine, and has rich experience in treating malignant tumors with traditional Chinese medicine combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
