Zhao Qilin

Zhao Qilin (1859-1935) was the censor of Qing Dynasty. The name is zhisun, and the name is Fuyuan. Changsha is a native of Xiangtan. Guangxu Jinshi, selected Shu Jishi, granted Hanlin academy editor. Life

Zhao Qilin was born in 1859. His family is poor. He was supported by his family and entered the county school at the age of 16.
