Chen Shaoying

Chen Shaoying, female, born in February 1956 in Shaoyang, Hunan Province, university culture, was elected to the Sixth People's Congress of Suizhou City in 1999.

He graduated from the medical department of Wuhan Medical College in November 1977 and was assigned to work in Junchuan health center of suixian County, Hubei Province. He was transferred to suburban health center of suixian County in 1980 and merged with Suizhou maternal and child health center in 1984. He was the attending physician in 1986 and deputy chief physician and director of Pediatrics in April 1997.
