He Jinnian
He Jinnian (1910.10.1 ~ 2003.05.11), male, born in Hejiawan, Anding (now Zichang) County, Shaanxi Province, was one of the founders of the Northern Shaanxi Red Army, and the former deputy commander of the armored forces of the Military Commission. He was awarded the rank of major general in 1955.
He has won the first level of 81 medal, the first level of independence and freedom medal, the first level of Liberation Medal and the first level of Red Star Medal. Deputies to the Fourth National People's Congress, deputies to the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China and alternate members of the Eleventh Central Committee were elected members of the Central Advisory Committee at the 12th and 13th National Congresses of the Communist Party of China. He Jinnian, a native of Zichang County, Shaanxi Province, joined the Communist Party of China in 1928 and the Red Army of workers and peasants in 1930.
