Zheng Daoguang

Zheng Daoguang is from Zaozhuang, Shandong Province. Major general. He once served as political commissar of the 149th division of the 13th army, director of the Political Department of the 13th group army, and deputy political commissar in December 2005. He is currently Deputy Director of the Political Department of Chengdu Military Region.
