Wanlaiming (1900.1.18-1997.10.7) is laiweng, whose stage name is Ma Chi. World animation master, art master, founder of Chinese animation film, world famous director, one of the 500 celebrities in modern world. He is from Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Eternal Toad's twin brother. He taught himself painting when he was young. In 1919, he joined the Shanghai Commercial Press and successively worked in the art department and the activity film department. In 1925, shuzhendong Chinese typewriter, an animation advertisement made with brother guchan, was the rudiment of Chinese animation.
