Wang Zhizheng

Wang Zhizheng, born in Hulan, Heilongjiang Province in April 1924, is an associate researcher of Heilongjiang finance and Trade Association.

Wang Zhizheng's main academic achievements are as follows: the chief editor of financial data of Heilongjiang Province (deputy chief editor, published by Heilongjiang People's Publishing House), which won the award of excellent scientific research achievements of local chronicles of Heilongjiang Province; the chronicles of Heilongjiang Province: financial Chronicles (deputy chief editor, published by Heilongjiang People's Publishing House); the answers to the questions of tax reform (chief editor, published by the Ministry of financial exploration in 1985), which won the award of Social Sciences of Heilongjiang Province Excellent scientific research achievement award. His papers, the current situation and prospects of the reform of profits into taxes, China's reform and development, won the outstanding achievement award; the research on the financial League environment of our province won the honorary award for outstanding achievements in the financial system, and was included in the China Economic library; and the research on Finance, a correct understanding and handling of the relationship between financial investment and financing, bank credit and non-financial organizations, won the second prize of the Ministry of finance "Heilongjiang finance and accounting" was published in "Research on Heilongjiang financial resources suggestions under the condition of tax sharing system"; and "Research on financial policies supporting and protecting agricultural development" was published in "financial research materials". His achievements have been selected into the dictionary of contemporary Chinese Local Chronicles scholars and the dictionary of contemporary Chinese historians scholars. He is also secretary-general of the provincial finance society, member of the political expert advisory group of the provincial science, technology and economy Advisory Committee, honorary director of the Chinese finance society, vice president of the Heilongjiang finance society, and deputy editor in chief of the finance exploration department.
