Liu Li

Liu Li (about 215-244), with the name of fengxiao, was born in Zhuoxian county (now Zhuozhou, Hebei Province). He was the son of Liu Bei, Emperor zhaolie of the Three Kingdoms period, and the mother and brother of Liu Chan and Liu Yongyi, king of Ganling. In June of the first year of Zhangwu (221), Liu Bei sent situ Xu Jing to make Liu Li king of Liang. In the eighth year of Jianxing (230), Liu Bei was renamed king of Anping. In 244, Liu Li died, and his posthumous title was mourning for the king.

Life of the characters

Liu Li is the common son of Liu Bei. Neither his birth mother nor his rank can be tested. On the 6th of April in 221, Liu Bei became emperor and established the Shuhan regime. In June, Liu Bei sent situ Xu Jing to make Liu Li king of Liang (located in Jingzhou). CE Wen said, "Prince Liu Li, I inherit the imperial lineage of the Han family, comply with heaven's destiny, follow the laws and regulations, and establish a vassal state for you in the eastern part of the country, as an auxiliary wing of the central dynasty. If you think about Liang Kingdom, it's near the capital of Han Dynasty. People are close to enlightenment, so it's easy to guide them to abide by the etiquette and law. After you go, do your best to pacify the people, so that your country will last forever. Take charge of your throne carefully

On April 24, 223, Liu Li's father Liu Bei died in Yong'an Palace at the age of 63. In May, Liu Li's elder brother, Prince Liu Chan, ascended the throne in Chengdu and changed his name to Jianxing.

In the eighth year of Jianxing (230), Liu Chan changed his younger brother Liu Yong, king of Lu, to King of Ganling and Liu Li, king of Liang, to King of Anping because of the geographical location of Lu and Liang in Wu.

In 244, Liu Li died, and his posthumous title was mourning the king. He was less than 30 years old at that time. His son Liu Yin inherited the title of Anping king.

Character evaluation

Liu Bei: Xiaozi Li, I inherited the order of the Han Dynasty, only obeyed heaven's orders, followed the orders of the Han Dynasty, built in the East, and served as the assistant of the Han Dynasty. However, in the land of Liang and the state of Gideon, the people were moralized and easy to guide with courtesy. To know is the heart, to protect Li Shu, to yonger Kingdom, the king of its respect!

Chen Shou: it's easy to say that there are husband and wife, then father and son. At the beginning of his wife's relationship, there is no more than that. So it is a record to study the body of a country.
