Born in Shanghai, he works in the technical school of Shanghai Hudong Shipbuilding Group. He is a member of Shanghai Pudong Collection Association and China Food Stamp Collection Association. Since 1977, it has collected military commemorative medallions, stamps and tea cultural products, and now it has more than 200 kinds of military commemorative medallions (early stage); it also collects various editions of RMB, silver coins, telephone magnetic cards, food stamps, tourist tickets, train tickets, stock subscription certificates and jade.
