Wu Fei, male, Han nationality, was born in Shaoyang, Hunan Province in April 1964. He started work in September 1982 and joined the party in May 1988 with a university degree (graduated from Zhengzhou Antiaircraft Artillery College of PLA in July 1986). In April 2008, he served as deputy director of cadre management office of Urumqi discipline Procuratorial Committee (Supervision Bureau).
