Li Zhimin, male, Han nationality, was born in May 1968 in Xianyang, Shaanxi Province, with university education.

In September 1992, he worked in Lanzhou NO.4 middle school, in October 1997, in the Bureau of veteran cadres of Gansu provincial Party committee, in April 2004, in the third inspection group of Gansu provincial Party committee, and since November 2009, he has been the deputy head of Chongxin County People's government.
