Wang Youren

Wang Youren, Chinese, was a cadre and deputy section chief of the second prison of Henan Province from August 1976 to April 1986.

From January 1969 to February 1971, he was an educated youth in beibomeng village, Huixian County; from February 1971 to August 1976, he was a worker in 258 factory of Jiaozuo; he was deputy governor of the second prison of Henan Province from April 1986 to April 1990; he was governor and Secretary of the Party committee of Xinxiang prison of Henan Province from April 1990 to October 1997 (department level); he was deputy director of the prison administration of Henan Province from October 1997 to August 2000; he was Secretary of the Party committee of the prison administration of Henan Province from August 2000 to December 2001 (deputy department level); he was deputy director of the prison administration of Henan Province from January 2001 to January 2001 2-2003.08-2003.08-2003.08-2003.08-2003.08-2003.08-2003.08-2003.08-2003.08-2003.08-2003.08-2003.08. On December 21, 2011, he was exempted from the prison administration of Henan Province. Presided over the overall work of the provincial prison administration.
