Professor and chief physician of the General Hospital of the Chinese people's armed police force, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Academy of military medical advanced studies of the Chinese people's Liberation Army and doctoral supervisor of the Fourth Military Medical University. Male, born in June 1953, graduated from the Fourth Military Medical University in 1977 with a master's degree in medicine in 1982 and a doctor's degree in medicine in 1990. From 1994 to 1995, he studied the functional recovery after muscle transplantation in the Institute of Geriatrics, University of Michigan.

At present, he is the director, chief physician and professor of Stomatology Department of Armed Police General Hospital, and doctoral supervisor of Academy of Military Medical Sciences. He is a member of the oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Committee of the Chinese Stomatological Association, a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese head and neck tumor surgery committee, a leader of the national oral and maxillofacial trauma group, a member of the anticancer association of the Stomatological Association of the whole army, and a chairman of the Stomatological Standing Committee of the scientific and technological progress committee of the armed police force. He is a member of the organization engineering group of the professional committee of repair and reconstruction surgery of the Chinese society of rehabilitation medicine, a deputy editor in chief of the Journal of oral and maxillofacial surgery, a specially invited reviewer of the Chinese medical journal, and an editorial board member and specially invited editorial board member of nine other professional journals. He edited series of practical techniques of Stomatology, participated in 16 monographs and published more than 200 papers. It was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (39770803). It is one of the sub topics of "basic scientific problems of tissue engineering" of the national "973" project (gi999054308) and one of the leaders of the military's "Eighth Five Year Plan" and "Ninth Five Year Plan" mandatory projects. He won one first prize for scientific and technological progress of the armed police force, one second prize for military medical achievements, three second prizes for military medical achievements and one second prize for military scientific and technological progress. He has been engaged in clinical, scientific research and teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery for a long time. He has made important achievements in the fields of oral and maxillofacial tumor resection or post-traumatic large-scale reduction and microsurgery, craniomaxillofacial surgery, orthognathic surgery, cleft lip and palate treatment, especially in the functional repair of facial paralysis by neuromuscular transplantation. There are 7 doctoral students and 11 master students.
