Sheng Heyu, born in 1948, is a screenwriter and producer in mainland China.

In 1987, he created his first drama Mountain Ghost. In 1988, he created the opera Li Zhen's return home, which won the Wenhua Drama Award of the Ministry of culture of China. In 1994, he was the screenwriter of the plot film legend of Yandi. In 1997, he was the screenwriter of the ancient costume drama Hanwudi. In 2003, he was the screenwriter of the modern drama "towards the Republic". In 2006, he worked with Qiu Gangjian as the screenwriter of the palace movie "Banquet".
