Yang duo, male, was born in May 1934 in Midu, Yunnan Province. senior engineer. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. Graduated from Kunming Institute of technology. Former senior engineer of Kunming Institute of physics, the second and third director of China Vacuum Society. Now retired.

He graduated in September 1958 and was assigned to Kunming Institute of physics to enrich uranium isotopes. In 1964, he presided over the "development and improvement of infrared image converter tube" (model project). In 1971, he completed and transferred to another factory for production.
