Mr. Lin Guozhen is the founder and chairman of GL (Asia) Ltd. and GL Consulting Ltd. he is the vice president of CoreNet global, an international professional real estate association. He is responsible for senior executive training courses in the Asia Pacific region, especially the training of real estate professionals. The international professional real estate association is the world's top Association of corporate real estate managers and relevant professionals. The total value of global property assets managed by its members is US $120 billion. Lin is the founder and President of the ocbn network in Toronto, Canada. His business consulting services are all over the world. With its unique operation and the owner's opinion, he helps the organization to transform, so as to meet the customers' requirements for the coordination of technology and enterprise. Lin has been the chief executive officer of the outsourcing Institute (OI) in Asia. Lin received a bachelor's degree in architecture from McGill University in 1967 and a master's degree in theology from Ontario seminary in 1995. In 2000, Lin was awarded EQ-i administrator qualification by multi health systems in Toronto. In addition, the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management Awards honorary members. He has taught for Postgraduates of the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Manitoba University and Ryerson Polytechnic University. He was invited to speak at the international conference, and his excellent speeches were made in Sweden, Paris, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, India, Mauritius, Indonesia, the Philippines, New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Canada, etc. He is a professional member of many organizations, including IFMA, RAIC, ASHRAE, asis, NFPA and SHRM. He was appointed by the national academies, Washington, D.C. as a member of the national facility asset management 2020 work plan committee. His works include "business transformation in facility management" (published in the Handbook of facility design and management: theory, practice and technology, McGraw Hill, 2000), and "human factors in building performance assessment" (published in Butterworth Heinemann, 2004). In addition, Lin's articles on management and facilities organization have been published in ufficiostile (Italy), European Journal of facilities management, central (Hong Kong), digihall (Hong Kong), and Canadian Journal of facilities management and design. Lin is also a member of the Advisory Board of facility management and design magazine of Canada and a consultant of today's facility manager, facility management manager magazine of New Jersey, USA.
