Hou Cheng

Hou Cheng was a famous general under the account of Lu Bu in the late Eastern Han Dynasty. After Cao Cao surrounded xiapi for three months, Hou Cheng, Song Xian and Wei Xu bound Chen Gong and Gao Shun and led the public to surrender Cao.

In the novel the romance of the Three Kingdoms, he is one of the eight masters of Lu Bu. Lu Bu was injured by wine and sex, so he issued a ban on alcohol. Hou Cheng didn't know that he offered wine to Lu Bu. He was beaten by Lu Bu, so he surrendered to Cao Cao.

It is said that Hou Cheng killed Huang Jin's General Gao Gan in the battle of recovering Huang Jin after he surrendered to Cao Cao.
