Sun De, male, Han nationality, was born in March 1959 in Zhaozhou, Heilongjiang Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in October 1976 and graduated from the Party School of the provincial Party committee in December 1979.
He is now chairman of the CPPCC and Secretary of the Party group of Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province.
