Zhang Tieying

Zhang Tieying

Zhang Tieying, male, Han nationality, born in October 1961 in Tangshan, Hebei Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, with a postgraduate degree and a Bachelor of law degree from the Party School of the municipal Party committee.

He once served as deputy chief procurator of Tianjin People's Procuratorate and member of the procuratorial committee.

Biography of characters

Since December 1976, he has successively served as a soldier and platoon leader of the communication company of the Tianjin garrison division; deputy company officer, chief company officer, deputy battalion secretary and deputy director of the office of the Tianjin Armed Police Corps; deputy director of the foreign trade and Economic Cooperation Commission of Beichen District, Tianjin; Deputy procurator general, deputy secretary of the Party group, procurator general and Secretary of the Party group of the people's Procuratorate of Beichen District, Tianjin; deputy director of the Tianjin People's Procuratorate Chief procurator and member of the Party group; chief procurator and Secretary of the Party group of the second branch of Tianjin People's Procuratorate; member of the Party group of Tianjin People's Procuratorate;

Since March 2014, he has been the Secretary and director of the Party committee of Tianjin Municipal Bureau of justice, the first political commissar (concurrently) of Tianjin prison administration, and a member of the Political Law Committee of Tianjin municipal Party committee.

From November 2018 to January 2021, deputy procurator general and member of the Procuratorial Committee of Tianjin People's Procuratorate.

Appointment and removal information

On November 20, 2018, the sixth meeting of the Standing Committee of the 17th Tianjin Municipal People's Congress approved the removal of Zhang Tieying from the post of director of Tianjin Municipal Bureau of justice. Zhang Tieying was appointed Deputy procurator general and member of the Procuratorial Committee of Tianjin People's Procuratorate.

On January 12, 2021, Zhang Tieying was removed from the post of deputy procurator general and member of the Procuratorial Committee of Tianjin People's Procuratorate.
