Wang Kejian

Wang Kejian, male, researcher, School of mechanical and electrical engineering, Beijing University of chemical technology, born on February 6, 1971, is a member of the Communist Party of China.

Research direction

Polymer and Its Composites

Material processing, engineering plastics and other polymers and their composites processing, mechanical and chemical process and mechanical virtual design.

1. Preparation and application of resin matrix composites

Short process preparation technology and application of long fiber reinforced plastics; high performance bulletproof fiber composites and products; continuous natural fiber reinforced composites, etc.

2. New technology of plastic processing

Design and analysis of plastic processing equipment (extruder, injection machine, etc.) and molds; polymer high-efficiency mixing and nano dispersion technology; molding technology and equipment for high-grade optical plastic parts; high-performance special engineering plastic fiber and film technology; modification and application of biodegradable plastics; new technology and engineering application of multi-layer composite molding, blending modification and filling reinforcement; energy-saving processing We can use new technology.

3. Material recycling technology

The main problems are as follows: separation and classification of industrial plastic parts, modification and utilization; resource utilization of semi-solid molding of waste plastic; PET packaging belt production technology and high performance of recycled polyester bottle materials; recycling of fiber reinforced composite materials; dry cleaning and recycling technology of plastic.

4. Mechanical virtual design and new equipment

Mechanical Virtual Prototype Analysis Technology (dynamics, kinematics and structure optimization); granular dehydration drying integrated equipment and supporting applications.

5. Industrial product design and modeling technology

It includes the optimization of mechanical product design and modeling, the optimization of industrial product structure design, the new technology of product model design and model preparation.

6. Research on material physics and rheological mechanics

Material physics; material performance testing, characterization analysis and prediction; processing rheology; material processing simulation, online detection and process optimization.
