(1972 -) from Xi'an, Shaanxi. He obtained a master's degree in management from Northwest University in 2000, and a doctor's degree in industrial economics from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2003. He has worked in the Institute of Finance and Trade Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences since 2003.
