Deng Jianguo, male, Han nationality, born in November 1967 in Shuangpai County, Hunan Province, has a bachelor's degree. He joined the Communist Party of China in July 1995 and began to work in September 1989.

He is now deputy director of the Standing Committee of the people's Congress of Lingling District, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province.
