Li Deqiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the democratic revolution and chairman of Shandong Province. In February 2003, he was elected deputy director of the Standing Committee of Jinan Municipal People's Congress at the first session of the 13th Jinan Municipal People's Congress, vice chairman of Shandong provincial Party committee and Jinan municipal Party committee, and vice chairman of the board of directors of Xiaoya Group Co., Ltd. In May 2007, he was elected chairman of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the democratic revolution. In January 2008, he was elected vice chairman of Shandong provincial CPPCC.
