Luo Wen

Luo Wen, male, Han nationality, born in December 1964 in Anren, Hunan Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He started work in July 1985 and graduated from Beijing Jiaotong University, majoring in management science and engineering. He holds a doctorate in management and is a senior engineer.

At present, he is a member of the Standing Committee of Sichuan provincial Party committee, executive vice governor of Sichuan provincial government, deputy secretary of the Party group, President of Sichuan Administrative College, and governor of Yalong River.
