Chen Shui is a member of the sixth CPPCC National Committee. Engaged in the research of quantum statistical physics and non-equilibrium statistical physics, he once served as associate professor, professor and director of Physics Department of Liaoning University, the third vice chairman of China Association for science and technology, and a member of Taiwan Democratic autonomous League.
