Wang Bing (1938.9.11-2014.1.27), born in Liuyang County, Hunan Province, is the eldest son of former vice president Wang Zhen. Born in Yan'an, the holy land of revolution. Since childhood, he has been traveling with his father General Wang Zhen in Shaanxi, Shanxi and Xinjiang.

He joined the army in 1955 and the party in August 1965. In 1983, he established China Ocean Helicopter professional company and served as the chairman of the board of directors. He has made outstanding contributions to the development of China's Ocean Helicopter and general aviation. At 11:37 on January 27, 2014, he died of illness in Beijing at the age of 76.
