(June 1974 to October 23, 2018), male, Han nationality, participated in public security work in September 1995. He was a member of the first brigade of video Investigation Detachment of Hefei public security bureau, Anhui Province.

At 18:30 on October 23, 2018, Zhang Xuesong, 44 years old, was attacked and killed when he arrested the fugitive. In November 2, 2018, Hefei prosecutors arrested Zhang Xuesong, a suspect, who was stabbing police.
