Qi Wannian
Qi Wannian? It was born in meiyang County, Fufeng County (now meiyang village, Famen Town, Fufeng County, Shaanxi Province) in 299. The leader of Diqiang uprising in the Western Jin Dynasty.
In the sixth year of Yuankang (296), unable to bear the oppression of the Jin government, he led the people to launch an uprising and ascended to the throne under the recommendation of the Diqiang people in Guanzhong. He repeatedly defeated the Jin army, killed general Zhou, and supported more than 100000 soldiers.
In the 9th year of Yuankang (299), Meng Guanyu, a general of jinu, was defeated and killed.

In May 294, Hao San, a Hun, set up his army to rebel against the Western Jin Dynasty and attack Shangdang. In August, Hao San led his troops to surrender to the Western Jin Dynasty and was killed by Du Wei Feng Yi.
In the summer of the sixth year of Yuankang (296), Hao duyuan, Hao San's younger brother, joined forces with Feng Yi, malanqiang people and Lushuihu people in the northern region to rebel against the Western Jin Dynasty, killing Zhang Shu, the northern prefect, and defeating Ouyang Jian, the Fengyi prefect.
In August, Yongzhou's shishijie clan was defeated by Hao duyuan. The di and Qiang people in Qinzhou and Yongzhou began to fight in response, supporting the Di people Qi Wannian as emperor, encircling Jingyang County (now the northwest of Pingliang in Gansu Province) and deterring Guanzhong.
In November, the Western Jin Dynasty issued an imperial edict to appoint Zhou Chu as general Jianwei, and Lu bodu, general Zhenwei, was subordinate to Xia Houjun, general Anxi, and went to attack Qi Wannian. When Qi Wannian learned that Zhou Chu had come to attack, he said, "Zhou Fu Jun used to be the governor of Xinping. If it is decided by itself, it will be irresistible. If he is controlled by others, then I can catch him this time. "
In the first month of the seventh year of Yuankang (297), Qi Wannian stationed in Liangshan (now Qianxian County, Shaanxi Province), with 70000 people. Sima Hong, the king of Liang Dynasty, and Jun, the Marquis of Xia Dynasty, sent five thousand soldiers to attack Qi Wannian. Sima Dan and Xia Houjun did not listen to Zhou Chu's advice and forced him to set out. On the fourth day of the first month, Zhou Chu, Lu Bo and Jie Xi attacked Qi Wannian in Liumo (now east of Qianxian County, Shaanxi Province). Before the soldiers of Zhou's army had eaten, Sima Zhen urged them to attack immediately. From morning to night, he killed and captured a large number of Qi Wannian soldiers. ZhouChu's army was defeated by Qi Wannian's army because of its broken bow and arrow and no help.
In 298, Zhang Hua and Chen Zhun recommended Meng Guan, the general of zuojiannu, to take charge of the guards and fight against Qi Wannian. Meng Guan personally fought with Qi Wannian army more than ten times, and defeated Qi Wannian army every time.
In the first month of the ninth year of Yuankang (299), Meng Guan defeated Qi Wannian's army in Zhongting (now Wugong west of Shaanxi Province), captured and killed Qi Wannian. The rebellion of Qi Wannian lasted for four years (296-299). In view of Qi Wannian's uprising, Jiang Tong, a famous Minister of the Western Jin Dynasty, deeply felt that the four Barbarians (Dongyi, Nanman, Xirong and Beidi) were in chaos and should put an end to its sprouting. He wrote on the migration of troops.
