He joined the Communist Party of China in 1929 and successively served as secretary of Donglan county Party committee, chairman of the Soviet government of Donglan County, chairman of Youjiang Revolutionary Committee, Secretary of Guizhou Guangxi Border Committee of CPC, chairman of Guizhou Guangxi Border Committee Revolutionary Committee, deputy director of the people's Committee of Baise Special Administration, deputy director of the people's Committee of Guangxi Province, director of the people's Committee of Guangxi Autonomous Region, etc. Deputy to the second and third National People's Congress.
He died in Nanning in July 1977.
