Deng Chuanan

Deng Chuanan, named Shuyuan and Lugeng, was an official of the Qing Dynasty. His native place was Jiangxi. Jinshi was born in 1824 (the fourth year of Daoguang). Because of Taiwan's North Road fighting incident, he acted as the governor of Taiwan with Lugang Tongzhi. After he was transferred from Taiwan, in 1830 (the tenth year of Daoguang), he was appointed as an inspector to patrol Taiwan's military affairs. He was the local ruler of Taiwan during the Qing Dynasty.
