Ouyang Zhang
Ouyang Zhang (1918.9 ~ 1992.8) was born in wenwuba Town, Huichang County, Jiangxi Province.
Junior high school culture. He joined the Red Army of workers and peasants in December 1931 and the Communist Party of China in February 1934. In the Red Army, he successively served as a soldier of the 5th regiment of the 3rd independent division of the Red Army, a civil servant of the 21st army, a propagandist of the Political Department of the 5th division of the 3rd Red Army, and a guard of the Political Department of the 1st division. He took part in several anti "encirclement and suppression" battles in the Central Soviet area. Took part in the long march. During the Anti Japanese War, he served as a youth officer of the Political Department of the third rear hospital of Northern Shaanxi, a member of the northwest Security Bureau, a special commissioner of the Political Department of the central Affiliated Hospital of Northern Shaanxi, a member of the Security Department of the logistics department, a special commissioner of the secret service mission of the 129th division, and a deputy chief of the brigade security department. He studied in Yan'an Central Party school from 1942 to 1945. During the war of liberation, he served as director of the Political Department of the 53 regiment of the 18 brigade of the 6 column of Taihang and political commissar of the 107 regiment of the 36 division of the 12 army of the second field. In the winter of 1949, he joined in the liberation of Southwest China with Erye. After the liberation of Chongqing, he served as the director of No.12 branch of Chongqing Public Security Bureau and the director of No.2 Branch of Chongqing Municipal Bureau. In 1954, he changed his job and participated in the preparatory work for the construction of Lanzhou Refinery. Later, he was the Second Secretary of the Party committee of No.1 oil refinery. In November 1974, he participated in foreign aid and served as the expert group leader, and was sent to balsh refinery in Albania. After returning to China in July 1977, he served as the executive secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Fushun City, Liaoning Province. He retired in March 1983 and enjoyed the treatment at the main hall level.
