Sangzhi people in Hunan, Guangxu has Youke (1885) allocated tribute. When he was young, he was poor and had no money to study, so he went to do bamboo work sooner or later. Chen Lili, a member of the clan, valued his talents and subsidized his enrollment. Tianrui worked hard and wrote splendid articles. He sent tribute to Beijing to accept the western culture, and his essays were full of brilliant writing. He did not know the people of the mountain country in southern Xinjiang, and was surprised to think that skyscrapers spread their wings. However, he failed in the end. He was only a teaching assistant of eight banners and died in Tangyin, Zhongzhou.
