Ling bizheng, a character in Ming Dynasty, was named Zhenqing, mengqiu, yue'an and Taicang.

Ling bizheng was born in Taicang (today's Taicang, Jiangsu). Chongzhen four years (1631) Jinshi, official to Guangxi Deputy envoy.
