Pan cikang, a native of Chengdu, was born in July 1926. He graduated from the school of medicine of National Central University in July 1948. He began to work in West Sichuan hospital in December 1949. He served as president of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital in 1983 and retired in June 1994. He is an expert on special allowance of the State Council, a famous urologist and chief physician.
