He Qin
He Qin (1437-1510), a Jinshi in Ming Dynasty, was a native of yilushan. His ancestral home was Dinghai in Zhejiang Province. He was a member of yizhouwei in the east of Liaoning Province, and he was granted a family branch to Shizhong. He is the author of Yilu collection.
Life of the characters
He Qin (1437-1510 A.D.) was known as Ke Gong, also known as Yi Lu. He was born in Dinghai, Zhejiang Province, and was a member of Yizhou Wei in Eastern Liaoning Province. He was born in the second year of Zhengtong reign of Yingzong in Ming Dynasty and died in the fifth year of Zhengde reign of Wuzong at the age of 74. After Hongzhi changed the Yuan Dynasty, he was recommended by the cabinet minister. He was the right counsellor of Shaanxi Province since (1488 A.D.), but his mother died before the imperial edict came. However, he did not return because of Shangshu's plea. Among them, Du men has been studying for more than ten years. There are a lot of articles written by Qin Dynasty, but they are not very good at writing. He wrote nine volumes of Yilu collection and passed down the general catalogue of Siku.
