Qu Qijia
Qu Qijia (1873-1940), a good scholar, was also called Tieqin Taoist. He was a famous book collector in the Republic of China. He is from Changshu, Jiangsu Province. The fourth generation owner of Tieqin and Tongjian, a famous library in Qing Dynasty. Since the reign of Emperor Qianlong, the collection of books of Qu family has been accumulated by five generations, reaching hundreds of thousands of volumes.

Qu Qijia (1873-1940), whose family "Tieqin Tongjian building" is famous for its collection of books, has been well preserved for hundreds of years. In 1908, duanfang and Zhang Zhidong, in view of the lesson of "bisonglou", sent Miao Quansun and others to suggest that their collection of "Tieqin tongjianlou" should be put in the capital library for preservation, and promised to be "Sanpin Jingtang" and 300000 silver coins. He was not moved and "insisted on it", and inherited and preserved the previous collection.

Mr. Guangcheng's yuhanjing is a rare ancient medical book. After 300 years of loss, he finally returned to his hometown through his unremitting efforts. Jiang rucao, Xu Naichang, Liu Chenggan, Miao Quansun and others are willing to collect and borrow books. They all borrow and print books from them. He is generous and has no conditions. Han Fen Lou printed "four series" and "four preparation", and also used his old collection for photocopying. In 1898, it published 24 volumes of the catalogue of the collection of books in Tieqin tongjianlou, which recorded more than 1200 kinds of old books and rare manuscripts in song and Yuan Dynasties. There are 160 kinds of song edition, 4 kinds of Jin edition and 106 kinds of Yuan edition. After the revolution of 1911, he actively advocated the establishment of public library, established Changshu Public Library and took the post of librarian. Later, he was a member of the house of representatives of the Beiyang government and returned home because he refused Cao Kun's bribery. In 1924, the book collection was moved to Shanghai. During the Anti Japanese War, the book was stored in the concession. In 1940, Qijia died and ordered his descendants: "if the books are scattered, they can't be returned to the public." After the outbreak of the Anti Japanese War, fearing that the books would be destroyed by the war, he secretly transported the books to Shanghai. After liberation, Qu Jicang, Qu xuchu, Qu Fengqi and others, following their father's will, donated most of their books to the state, and the other part was purchased by the government and then went to Beijing Library and Changshu Library. The collection is printed with "Liangshi collection", "Qushi of Guli", "Liangshi Yanfu", "Tieqin Taoist", "Jinshi Ji of Qushi collection", "Tieqin Tongjian tower", etc. He works in calligraphy. Painting occasionally is elegant and elegant.
