Yu Wan was born at the end of Baoyou in LiZong of Song Dynasty and died at the beginning of Yanyou in Renzong of Yuan Dynasty. He was 57 years old. In Yuan Dynasty, he lived in seclusion. Proficient in the book of changes, specializing in works. It's not easy to collect and teach students in Wenzhou. Living near Shijian, scholars call Mr. huoshijian. Wan wrote a volume of linweishan people's collection and Zhouyi's collection, read Yiju, play yiwai's biography, Zhouyi's participation in tongqi's play, YuanJu's authentic night talk in the library, Yuexia's occasionally talking about table's decaying dip and so on (all Siku Zongmu).
