Xie Jin (year of birth and death unknown), painter of Ming Dynasty. A Jin, the word Kong Zhao, No. Kwai Yin, claiming to Xie Dieshan, also known as LAN tingsheng and so on. Wu county (now Suzhou, Jiangsu) people, living in Jinling (now Nanjing, Jiangsu) for more than 20 years. He is good at painting mountains and rivers, with thousands of rocks and gullies and powerful weather. Arts activities are held between Yongle and Xuande.

Good at poetry, but also painting, several Zhang Long screen, only a few days can be completed. Wang Meng and Zhao Yuan, who were skilled in landscape painting, had a unique style of painting. They were forthright, honest, and resentful of evil. They were not liked by the gentry in the countryside. They were one of the famous painters of the Wu School between Yongle and Xuande.
In the first year of Yongle (1403), he paid tribute to the capital as a painter. At that time, the capital was still in Nanjing, and they lived in Nanjing for more than 20 years. Later, because of eye disease, he was released. Xuande two years (1427) is still alive.

Hongwu painted the painting of shencuixuan, which was written by Yao Guangxiao and others in 1389. In 1518, Wen Zhengming got it and made up for the lost map.
There are "Lanting collection", "shencuixuan poetry" and so on. During the Xuande period of Xuanzong of Ming Dynasty, he wrote "Songyin · Gao Shi Tu", which is well-known.
The paintings handed down from generation to generation include the painting of Xiyin and the painting of Tanbei thatched cottage.
