Le'anguo
The state of Le'an was founded by Liu Jian in the Eastern Han Dynasty.
In the 60th year of emperor Yongping of the Han and Ming Dynasties, Liu Jian, the crown prince, was granted the title of Qiancheng king and Qiancheng state. In the following year (61), the state was divided into counties. In the fourth year of emperor Zhang's reign in the Han Dynasty (79th year), Liu Kang was granted the title of Qiancheng king, and the Qiancheng state was restored. In the seventh year of emperor Yongyuan (95), Qiancheng state was changed into Le'an state.

Di County
Linji county. In the 140th year of Yonghe reign of Emperor Shun of Han Dynasty, the state of Le'an led the nine counties of Linji, Qiancheng, Gaowan, Le'an, BoChang, Liaocheng, Li, Yi and Shouguang, with 74400 households and 424075 people. It is roughly equivalent to Gaoqing County, Bincheng District of Binzhou City, Boxing County, Dongying District of Dongying City, Guangrao County, Lijin County, Zhanhua County, Huantai County and Shouguang City. In the first year of emperor Zhi of Han Dynasty (146), the state was divided into Le'an county. In 213, Emperor Xian of the Han Dynasty, the Prime Minister Cao Cao set up Leling County, which was renamed luowo County by cutting away the former place of Shiwo County in the territory of Leling county. in the Wei Dynasty of the Three Kingdoms, Le'an county was transferred to Gaoyuan county. In the Western Jin Dynasty, the state of Le'an was established, and Guangrao County was returned to Qi county. Qiancheng county (now the north of Guangrao County) was transferred to the Southern Song Dynasty. The Northern Wei Dynasty and the Northern Qi Dynasty established Le'an county. At the beginning of Sui Dynasty, the county was abolished, and its land entered Qi county and Beihai county.
