Brief introduction of plum blossom boxing
Origin of plum blossom boxing
There are different opinions on the starting time of plum blossom boxing. There are clouds in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period; there are clouds in the Qin and Han Dynasties; but there are no texts to study. There are textual references to the handwritten copy of the secret copy of plum blossom boxing "Dawendi" circulated in Houmazhuang, Pingxiang. This paper records that plum blossom boxing began in the late Southern Song Dynasty. Zou Hongyi was the founder of plum blossom boxing. He lived in Zhujiaqiao Village, Liuli, outside the north gate of Xuzhou Prefecture, Jiangsu Province. The secret edition of Dawendi records that "to accept the path of Pharaoh, to be straightforward, to be patient, to cultivate truth, to form a practice place, words must have virtue and morality, after going to give a pillar of Mingxiang, Master led the mission, to initiate letters, four kowtows of master and apprentice meet" "Maitreya (La) diligent Buddha's lower boundaries".
"On March 3, the year of Jiazi in Yuanshun Zong, Zhang Zheshu, the second-generation teacher of Duhua in Tongshan County, Xuzhou Prefecture, Jiangsu Province, acted in the same way as Maitreya Qin Buddha." From the above records, it can be seen that Zhu Yongyuan, the first generation grandfather, was born in the late Southern Song Dynasty, and in the year of Jiazi (1264 A.D.) in Shunzong, Yuan Dynasty, the second generation grandfather Zhang Kaishu was published on March 3. Master Zhu acquired Buddhism and sanctification through patience and nurturing authenticity. After immortal feathers, he gave a pillar of Mingxiang. The second generation of teachers took over the preaching and acted in a furnace. When something happened, both teachers and apprentices could meet.
In Houmazhuang Village, Pingxiang County, the cemetery of Meihuaquan Zou's family is heading east along S325 from Xingtai City. It is about 40 kilometers. There is a sign of Meihuaquan Cemetery turning right in the south of the road. It is about 4 kilometers along the country road. Looking left, you can see the cemetery. It is in the north of Mazhuang Village.
Since Zou Hongyi, plum blossom boxing has been officially spread among the people. During the reign of Emperor Kangxi in Qing Dynasty, Zou Hongyi's literary and martial arts had been practiced to the realm of pure fire and fascination, and his fame was booming. In order to push plum blossom boxing into the society, he left Xuzhou and swam to Kaizhou (now Puyang, Henan Province), where Cai Guangrui, Wang Xizheng and Meng Youde were successively apprentices, giving him literary and martial arts. When they succeed in arts, they will teach their skills in different ways. When Cai Guangrui received Han Hua Li and Sun Panlong in Kaizhou, he went north to preach Taoism and boxing. When he passed Neihuang County, he accepted Yang Bing of Balizhuang as an apprentice, which was the martial arts exploratory flower in the year of Kangxi Renchen (1712). After that, he went north to Pingyi (Pingxiang County) Mazhuang Bridge (Houmazhuang) in Shunde and resumed his apprenticeship. He then taught martial arts in Mazhuang, and later received disciples Li Jinde, Xu Jinde and Zheng Yude. In 1705, Cai Guangrui, Li, Xu and Zheng went to Henan to welcome Zou Hongyi, the famous "three virtues" in Wulin. When Zou Hongyi was invited to Mazhuang, he settled down and set up an apprenticeship hall to receive apprentices and teach boxing skills. "There are not more than 100 apprentices at a time." Since then, plum blossom boxing has been officially widely disseminated among the people.
For a time, Pingxiang, Guangzong, Nanhe, Weixian, Julu, Jize, Quzhou, Yongnian, Shahe, Xingtai and other county disciples came to Mazhuang to study art. In the ninth year of Qianlong reign of Qing Dynasty (1744), Zou Wenjusi, son of Zou Hongyi, was eager to find his father in the north. He led his family to seek his father in the north. After several rounds: first stop in the South and Sanguandian, second stop in Guangzong Wei Village, there is no foothold in Wei Village, and Pingxiang Mazhuang takes root (recorded in Genyuan Jing). When Zou Wenju's family came to Mazhuang, his father died several years ago. After worshipping his father's tomb, he settled down in Houmazhuang, inherited his father's work, devoted himself to boxing, and centered on Mazhuang, pushed plum blossom boxing to Hebei, Shandong and Henan provinces. When Zou Wenju continued to write Zou's Family Genealogy, he wrote: "In recent years, he moved to the north of Pingyi ten miles, Mazhuang Bridge, but he knew that Yu moved from the south to the north, but he did not know that he returned to his native land."
Subsequently, Zou's ancestors and grandchildren were buried in the north of Mazhuang Village, that is, Zou's tombs. Zou Hongyi's Sun Zouke (Chuanquan Quartet does not know where to return), Zou Kejean, Zou Kexiong and Zou Kecheng inherited his grandfather's legacy and taught plum blossom boxing for life. According to Zou Kecheng's inscription, "Zou Kecheng's literary and martial arts are both complete, with his words and tactics as the common clan of the state, which is enough to supplement the world and strengthen the country. With his words and teachings, Zhouyi can be transformed into a miracle. It can be measured and known from one side to another. Its origins are well known, and it has been accepted by tens of thousands of provinces and by hundreds of thousands of virtuous people."
In July 1993, "Zou's Tomb Group" was listed as the provincial key cultural relics protection unit by Hebei Provincial People's Government. In 1994, Wang Zuwu, Vice Governor of Hebei Province, inscribed "Meiquan Holy Land" for Zou's tombs. In July 1997, Hebei Sports Committee and Hebei Sports Federation awarded Pingxiang County and Guangzong County the title of "the hometown of plum blossom boxing in Hebei Province", and then Xingtai plum blossom boxing was listed in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage.
Intangible cultural heritage
In 1982, Comrade Nanpu, chairman of Hebei Province Wushu Association, was entrusted by China Wushu Association to excavate and sort out the precious historical and cultural heritage of "plum blossom boxing". He spent more than three years traveling all over Hebei, Shandong and Henan. During his visit to the two sides of the Yellow River, the local veteran boxers of plum blossom boxing said, "We are all playing Zoujiaquan, our hometown is in the river." Mazhuang Bridge, Pingxiang, North Xingtai. In January 1985, Houmazhuang, Pingxiang County, finally found the "home of plum blossom boxing". In July 1993, "Zou's Tomb Group" was listed as the provincial key cultural relics protection unit by Hebei Provincial People's Government.

History of plum blossom boxing
Plum Blossom Boxing, known as Plum Blossom Boxing in ancient times, is one of the more ancient traditional types of boxing in China. "Mei Quan Secret Spectrum" said: "The beginning of Mei Quan is unknown because of its long history. It has been handed down to Yunnan and Han Dynasties, and has been more than a hundred years now." Plum Blossom Boxing is also called Plum Blossom Pile. It is the abbreviation of "Ganzhi Wushi Plum Blossom Pile" and belongs to Kunlun School. According to the classic "Five Protections Program" of plum blossom boxing, "Zhou Zhao 25 years, the ancient Buddha Shengyan, after Boyang (Lao Tzu), occupied before Zhongni". Ancient Buddha, named Yunpan, lived in the Xuanjin Palace of Qingjing Palace in Yuncheng Xiaoxiao County, Tianpan County, Western Regions. He created two kinds of fists: Eight Diagrams (not Eight Diagrams, Eight Diagrams Palm), and Plum Blossom. Among them, the Eight Diagrams are Xinglu Quan and the Plum Blossom is Watchdog Quan. There are such theories as "go out and gather eight diagrams", "go home and step on plum blossoms", "East Kunlun eight diagrams god's palm" and "West Kunlun plum blossom god's fist". King Zhaowang of Zhou Dynasty is the fourth generation emperor of the Western Zhou Dynasty, Jixiao said that the emperor was at the end of the tenth century B.C., that is to say, the time of Oriental Chuangquan and Chuanquan has a history of more than 3,000 years. So among the disciples of plum blossom boxing, there is such a ballad:
The third change was the formation of Zhao Kuangxu's third Grand spectrum in the Song Dynasty in 12 years. By Guan Qingyu's descendants Guan Shengfeng, Zhang Jiancai's descendants Zhang Hongjin, Wang Dalong and other descendants of Wang Jindun, the compilation of books was handed down to future generations. In 1135 A.D. (Song Gaozong Zhao Gong years), the disciples of plum blossom boxing once had a large gathering. Wang Chongyang created "Quanzhen Religion" on the basis of plum blossom boxing, which was called "Beiqizhen" in Kunlun Mountains. Wang Chuyi, Hao Datong and Sun Buji were apprentices. Among them, only Qiu Chuji left behind the plum blossom boxing. He fully integrated Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism into the plum blossom blossom boxing, and changed Wang Chongyang's original intention of "not entering official career, letting the grass grow freely", which was the ancestor of the plum blossom boxing "Qiu Zu Longmen School". He died in 1227, aged 79, and was buried in Baiyun Guan, Beijing. There is a five-word absolute truth: "Morality is mysterious and quiet, and it is always too clear. One Yang Lai Duplicate, teach Yongyuan Ming. The highest principle of honesty, noble law and prosperity. The world is full of glory and prosperity, and Xiwei derives from peace. In the Wanli period of Ming Dynasty, Zhang Shan, the second generation master of the later hundred dynasties, regarded it as the ranking treasure of plum blossom boxing. Later, during the reign of Qianlong, Zhang Congfu, the eighth generation master of plum blossom boxing, and Baiyun Guan, Beijing, presided over Shouming Taoists, who continued Qiu Zu's silent absolute words to a hundred words. So there is a hundred-character composition of plum blossom boxing.
The fourth change was in the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty. Ten people, including Xu Da, Zhang Changwei, Wang Dashan, Yang Chuanzhong, Ding Jiqin, Zhou Dinglai, Xu Guangxin, Cao Xinming and Jinlong (Liu Aiduo), compiled the score of boxing and handed down the rules to future generations.
Plum blossom boxing has been renewed and developed since 1628 (the first year of Chongzhen in the Ming Dynasty), and has undergone greater changes, ushering in its fifth great change. Four major pedigrees are located in the ancestral pedigree, which is divided into twelve small pedigrees, twelve small pedigrees into twelve Branches and twelve schools. Since then, plum blossom boxing in all parts of the country has been divided into twelve Branches and three factions (three big ones), namely, Longmen, Qinglong and Jinlong factions.

Especially, the literature and science of Xiaojiameihua Quan is broad, profound, subtle and all-encompassing, which is praised as the knowledge of "all-round world" by Liangshan people. Therefore, the pupils of plum blossom boxing often say, "Fist, kick and kick small tricks, only literature and science understand the world." It is precisely because of this, small plum blossom boxing spread quickly and widely in Liangshan, becoming a large variety of pupils. The distribution of Chinese Xiaojia Meihua Quan in Liangshan: Liangshan Town is mainly concentrated in Houji Village, Zhangfang Village, Mazhuang Village, Qianquan Village, Feng Qikou Village, Jiutai Village, Ma Zhenyang Village, Haoshantou Village, Zhangyi Village, Guomiao Village, Dushan Village, Houssun Village, Lizhuang Village and Jiangzhuang Village. Quanpu Town is mainly concentrated in Shengzhuang Village and Caizhuang Village. Guanyi Town is mainly concentrated in Zhangqiao Village, Liuzhuang Village and Wangzhuang Village. Heng Shuiwuqiang, the handover of Chinese Xiaojia plum blossom boxing, began in 1844. The brothers Li Tingyu and Li Tinggui of Zhai Jiazhuang in Weixian County are the thirteenth generation of handover of plum blossom boxing. Accept apprenticeship and teach art in Wuqiang Wangzhuang (Wuqiang County Chronicle). After 1844, foreign missionaries forced the demolition of houses and temples in Weixian County to build foreign churches. It aroused the indignation of Li Tingyu and Li Tinggui brothers, the thirteenth generation disciples of plum blossom boxing, and led the public to burn the foreign churches for foreign aggression. This has greatly increased the aspiration of the Chinese people, greatly extinguished the arrogance of foreigners, angry foreigners let the Qing government send troops to suppress (this is the fuse of the "Boxer League" movement). The outnumbered people were dispersed, Li Tinggui was jailed (later escaped to Liangshan, Shandong). Li Tingyu came to Wuqiang under his surname and lived in the temple of "Zhang Ban Dynasty" by doing odd jobs. One day, when Li Tingyu was practicing boxing in his home temple, he happened to be seen by several young people who came to take a bath in the pond near his home temple. People begged Li Tingyu to teach them how to practise boxing, so the small plum blossom boxing spread in Wuqiang. Li Tingyu's most famous twenty disciples are called "Twenty Chivalrous Men in South Beijing". They are Ren Qiyuan, Duan Buyuan, Zhao Xisan, Zhao Taihe, Zhang Bingwei, Zhang Boyan, Zhang Maiqian, Zhao Cuihe, Duan Buxiu, Cheng Qingchuan, Gao Zhiping, Cheng Sanshan, Cheng Huanqi, Cheng Dianzhong, Cheng Daxi, Cheng Xing, Cheng Diankui and Xu Wanshun. Li Tingyu and Li Tinggui Tombstone, 16 years of Guangxu. In April, 1934, Han Furong, chairman of the Kuomintang Shandong Province, set up a rolling platform and called on the world's top Wulin fighters to come to Shandong to fight. The head of Wuqiang Xiaojiao Meihua Quan was appointed Shutan, Li Wanxing, Wang Guozhang, Wang Daolong, Yin Jiezhang, Yin Guifen, Yin Guohua and Wang Ruitou to fight in six consecutive competitions. Five draws of good results, played a small plum blossom boxing prestige, the audience praised in unison: "Wuqiang, Wuqiang, Wuyi strong". It is worth mentioning that Han Qichang, the 16th generation heir of Xiaojia plum blossom boxing, and Ruan Tou Village, Shenzhou City, have learned plum blossom boxing as a teacher by Zhao Yinglian, with profound martial arts attainments. Later, he was a professor of martial arts at Peking University with hundreds of disciples, covering Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Jinan and other places. Han Qichang also made some achievements in the theory of plum blossom boxing, and made great contributions to inheriting and developing the small-frame plum blossom boxing. His son, Han Jianzhong, took advantage of his father's career and continued to study and develop the small plum blossom boxing. A large number of martial arts talents were trained on the public security front in China. Especially in 2007, he organized China's "Wulin Grand Ceremony" conference, which further promoted Chinese traditional Wushu, and a group of Wulin elites came to the fore. Song Qizhen, the successor of plum blossom pile boxing, won the 2007 championship. Wulongshui, the 17th generation successor of small plum blossom boxing, won the 2007 "Chinese traditional martial arts skills award".
From the founding of Zhang Congfu to the present, China's Xiaojia Meihua Quan has experienced more than 200 years of ups and downs. From Zhang Congfu's rescue, the vigorous "Boxer Group" to help the Qing Dynasty eliminate foreign righteousness, Shandong's fighting to today's "Wulin Grand Ceremony" contest, it fully demonstrates the power of Xiaojia Meihua Quan, and has been brilliant in Chinese martial arts circles for several times. Today, China's small plum blossom boxing has rushed out of the country to the world. Today, our country vigorously advocates comprehensive fitness. With the joint efforts of many plum blossom boxers, small plum blossom boxers will surely enter into the north and south of China, and play a greater role in enhancing the physical quality of the people.
3. Spread and Development of Plum Blossom Pile Business in All Countries of the World
As early as 1988, foreign students studying in Shandong University began to learn plum blossom boxing. At the International Symposium on the Origin of Boxer Movement and Modern Chinese Society held in Jinan in October 1990, Professor Lu Yao, a famous historian of Shandong University, and Professor Yan Zijie, a seventeenth-generation disciple of Meiquan, introduced the history, organization and activities of Meihua Quan, and led seven other events from the United States, Japan and the Philippines. More than 40 Chinese and foreign historians from the country went to Guangzong County of Hebei Province to watch the performance of plum blossom boxing. Since then, the reputation of plum blossom boxing has spread all over the world, and attracted great attention from the domestic and foreign historians, cultural circles and martial arts circles. With the successive establishment of plum blossom pile associations in Hebei counties, China's plum blossom boxing movement has entered a period of vigorous development. From then on, foreign students and teachers from Japan, Canada, Russia and other countries studying in Shandong University began to learn plum blossom boxing from us. Especially after the establishment of Shandong Meihua Pile Research and Exchange Center in 1992, we realized that the work of training and training foreign disciples is of great significance to the development and future of the cause of Meihua Pile. Therefore, we have earnestly planned to assign special personnel to coach them in martial arts, translate some articles and textbooks of plum blossom pile for their study, and regularly teach them the history, boxing theory and fine traditions of plum blossom pile by Professor Yan Zijie. For several years, Shandong University has been the base of plum blossom blossom pile. Some of them not only practice their own martial arts, but also teach them to their relatives or relatives. Friends, or introduce their friends to China to study plum blossom pile. Some foreign friends, in order to better disseminate the plum blossom pile, after several years of planning and efforts, came to Jinan, China, to learn the plum blossom pile again. Such as Nicolas in Denmark, Ferdique in Germany, Jenzil in the United States, Lisa in Italy and Oddad in Israel. In 1995, Professor Yan Zijie accepted the invitation of French Reisson and Israeli Maugenstein to visit France, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Israel and other countries. He also spread the seeds of plum stump to Europe. After Yanyan and Ren Junmin were invited to teach French boxing in 1998, after more than a year of hard work, the plum blossom pile movement in France has gradually become regular. Since 1996, Canadian Meiquan disciples Andrew and Li Wan-en invited Professor Yan Zijie to visit Canada, the plum blossom pile movement in Canada has been developing normally. Canada, France, Italy and other countries have their own plum blossom pile organization.
IV. The Characteristics of the Communication and Development of Plum Blossom Pile Business
Since ancient times, plum blossom pile has been the activity of Wenchang and Wuchang. Its spread and development are also "complete in culture and Wushu". Wenchang respects its ancestors and is in charge of the Scriptures and genealogy handed down from generation to generation. Wenchang teachers are the elders of both high morality and civil and military abilities in the boxing school. They are able to heal and calculate in peacetime, solve problems for people, educate disciples, maintain the unity and fine tradition of the boxing school, and guide the activities of the whole boxing school with the spirit of literature and rationality. The activity of the martial arts field is to practise martial arts. Because plum blossom pile martial arts is a "Wordless True Classic", it practices spirit, develops wisdom and has the function of educating people. Therefore, plum blossom pile martial arts is the introduction and foundation of plum boxing disciples. Plum Blossom Pile Literature and Philosophy is also raised to the level of boxing, because it is deep and basic, can be applied to all things. It is not only the guiding ideology of Plum Blossom Pile Quan School, but also the highest theory and true essence of Plum Blossom Pile Quan Method. The Plum Blossom Pile Boxing School, which has a complete range of culture and military skills, has no other style of activity and its spreading characteristics. It is for this reason that Plum Blossom Pile combines culture and education with martial arts, and martial arts and morality become one. Boxing is wisdom and martial arts is learning. In plum blossom pile boxing, the soul and life can only be achieved by punching, kicking and kicking. The plum blossom pile martial arts have maintained its original appearance and basic spirit in the process of passing down from generation to generation. The unity situation of "the world plum blossom boxing is one" is the embodiment of this fine tradition. It is precisely because of the existence of plum blossom boxing literary activities and its leading role that plum blossom boxing launched and led the Boxer Movement more than a hundred years ago, which promoted the development of modern Chinese history. Therefore, plum blossom pile martial arts is not only a boxing, but also represents the splendid culture of the Chinese nation. History has proved that plum blossom pile can not be separated from civil and military affairs. If literature and science lose the basis of martial arts, they will become mysterious philosophy or preaching. It is impossible for people to understand it, let alone play a role in everything. Similarly, If plum blossom pile martial arts lose the guidance of literature, it will become a simple sport of punching and kicking. Soon it will be polluted by secular ideas and lose its original glory and valuable value. In the activities of the boxing faction, miscellaneous thoughts and evil spirits will also flourish, and the situation of unity and progress will no longer be maintained. Therefore, in the spread and development of plum blossom pile, whether pure text or pure martial arts are incomplete, such spread and development will not be long-term. The principle of spreading and developing plum blossom pile cause in the world is to inherit and carry forward the spirit of plum blossom pile in an all-round way. Therefore, when we carry out propaganda and education of plum blossom pile knowledge in various countries, we should integrate culture and martial arts. When we carry out plum blossom pile activities and establish plum blossom pile organizations, we should follow the order of "first Wu then Wen". A true disciple of Plum Blossom Pile can't forget "Ben". This "Ben" not only respects his teachers, but also believes in the ancestors of Plum Blossom Pile. This "foundation" is also the morality, wisdom and basic spirit of Plum Blossom Pile. Yanyan Yanyan and Ren Junmin adhered to this principle and spirit in their activities of spreading plum blossom stumps in France. Only then always stands in an invincible position.
Plum Blossom Pile Martial Arts
Wugong is the basic content of a school of boxing, while it is mainly composed of kungfu, routines and boxing principles. Plum blossom boxing is one of the most influential boxing techniques in Chinese traditional culture. We can see from its movement characteristics and special structure of boxing:
Firstly, plum blossom boxing has no fixed routine. Its basic fist path is called "shelf". The construction of "shelf" is very special. It has five basic fist movements called "five postures with five steps". They should stand still while practicing. In addition, it is the fast-changing movement of the "walk". "Pile step five momentum" and "walk step" exercises are also called "four doors and eight directions" in all directions of east, west, north and South in the boxing field. This series of fist routes can be repeated by a certain route. Beginners can first learn basic and simple changes, with the deepening of skills and different conditions of practice, then constantly supplement and constantly change all kinds of boxing movements and movements. In addition to practicing in all directions of "four doors and eight directions", the practice of "Chengquan" in plum blossom boxing can be made up at any time according to different people's grabbing and wrestling movements and boxing momentum. When it comes to the more advanced practice of "Twisting Boxing" in plum blossom boxing, it is even more "no fixed hand, no fixed foot, no fixed shape, vigorous, the introduction of empty, according to the beans, as the situation unfolds." The changes and different forms of "shelf", "Chengquan" and "Twisting Quan" make their contents flexible and rich. The characteristics of this boxing structure reflect the basic characteristics of the universe. Plum blossom boxing literary theory said: "Fist without fist, art without art, no art is the real art." With fist and art, with the same routine, it is not true martial arts. Just like the principle of "Tao invisible", real martial arts are changeable and changeable, and there is no, it is also invisible. Without understanding the dialectical thinking method in Chinese traditional culture, we can not understand the special structure of plum blossom boxing.
Secondly, there are "five postures" and "walking steps" in the basic "shelf" of plum blossom boxing. When practicing boxing, the five momentum of "stake-step" should stand still, and "walk-step" should be fast and flexible in changing movements. This extreme situation of "movement-step-five momentum" should occur alternately in a fist path, which is really a peculiar training method.
Zhou Dunyi's Tai Chi Tu Shuo believes that "Wuji is Tai Chi". Tai Chi is dynamic and yang-generating, dynamic and static, static and yin-generating, static and repetitive. One movement and one silence are the basis for each other, dividing Yin into Yang, and two instruments stand in Yan. Yin changes into Yang and produces water, fire, wood, gold and earth. Five Qis are distributed along the river and four seasons are in good luck. Five elements, one Yin and Yang, one Yin and Yang, one Tai Chi, Tai Chi originally has no pole, and each has its own nature. The infinite truth, the two and five exquisite combination and condensation. Qian Dao becomes a man, Kun Dao becomes a woman, and Qi and Qi sympathize with each other to inspire all things. All things are born and change endlessly. In the "shelf" of plum blossom boxing, "action is yang, static is yin", and in the "pile step, five momentum", the "big, smooth, cruel, small, defeated" five hot elements correspond to the "golden water, wood, fire and earth". The change of the five potentials is "the principle of Yin and Yang, the merit of Tai Chi", "deriving from the principle of five elements alternating with each other". Others such as "rigidity and softness", "rise and fall", "advance and retreat" are both yin and yang. The structure and change of the "shelf" of plum blossom boxing is just a picture of "Taijitu". If plum blossom boxing is to be practiced well, it must be rooted in each other when practicing "shelf", "stiffness and softness" should be combined; and "rise and fall" and "advance and retreat" should be smart. This is also the reason why "Yin and Yang are unexpectedly called gods" make boxing fascinating and unpredictable.
Third, in the basic way of plum blossom boxing, "shelf" and the way of practicing "Chengquan", all directions of "four doors and eight directions" must be practiced. What is "all directions"? That is to say, the eight directions of Qiankan and Luanzhen of the Eight Diagrams, also known as the Four Principals and Four Corners, are from Kundui to Kundui. In addition, in plum blossom boxing, boxing and legs, there are also "changes in the Nine Palaces". Nine palaces are four sides, four corners, eight directions and one point in the middle. The changes in boxing are also a kind of body movement. The Eight Diagrams Thought in Chinese traditional culture is an intuitive formal system, which has great acceptability. Plum blossom boxing considers the changes and applications of all kinds of boxing methods in eight directions, or should conform to the number of "Nine Palaces", so as to make its content more rich and colorful. It can make infinite changes in boxing methods according to the Eight Diagrams Change Reason.
4. In the "shelf" of plum blossom boxing, there are different training methods of "five postures" and "walking postures". The "five postures" of plum blossom boxing can train the whole body's spirit. When practicing, we should concentrate, gather gas, adjust breath and understand the method of gathering gas. This is obviously in practice. And "walking" is the light and quick way of practicing footwork, which is mainly "practicing outside", so it is "practicing both inside and outside".
No matter in the practice of "shelf" or "Chengquan", we should run through it in one breath, complete it in one breath, not scatter or mess, and integrate inside and outside. From beginning to end, we should practice our body shape, Qi and spirit. First of all, we should "integrate form and qi" and then "integrate spirit and spirit" to achieve "integration of spirit and spirit", that is, "unity of all elements and qi".
Plum Blossom Boxing also regards the human body as a small world, which is based on the principle of "harmony between man and nature". In practicing boxing, we must know the principles of "Four Seasons Gonggong Addition and Reduction" and "Yijin Jing". The purpose of practicing plum blossom boxing is to "fix the foundation first", that is, "Xianlian is internal medicine, Wulian is external medicine, but internal medicine has not become a success by borrowing external medicine. Dynamic and static roots, warm and healthy method, the wonderful of their own birth reduction. Neidan is accomplished, subtle and unpredictable. If it is a good body of Diamond, it is superior to ordinary people. If the enemy is overwhelmed by the clouds, it is still a small one.
The above spirit is the holistic view in our traditional culture. As Zhu Xi said, "The general principle of heaven and earth is Tai Chi", "Everyone has Tai Chi and everything has Tai Chi". In fact, if carefully observed, in the "shelf" of plum blossom boxing, the movements of both hands have drawn out one by one Tai Chi maps in all aspects of space.
From the four basic characteristics of plum blossom boxing discussed above, we can see that the guiding ideology of plum blossom boxing is the theory of Yin and Yang and five elements in our traditional national culture, the principle of changing Eight Diagrams and the holistic view of unity. If we don't understand the traditional cultural thinking method of our nation, we can't understand the boxing theory of plum blossom boxing, and we can't make good plum blossom boxing martial arts. As the pupils of plum blossom boxing all know, plum blossom boxing is a kind of boxing with cultural accomplishment, and it plays an important role in guiding the theory of boxing in the process of martial arts training. Often we have to learn boxing theory while practicing, and we have to constantly experience and comprehend boxing theory in the process of training. Therefore, the training process of plum blossom boxing martial arts is also a process of learning and training of traditional cultural thinking methods.
When plum blossom pile martial arts training to the advanced stage, we must understand the method of spiritual and gas refining, which requires spiritual cultivation of literary training. As mentioned earlier, in addition to Wushu and Waidan, the cultivation of Neidan should also use the method of warm cultivation, that is, the method of gentle cultivation. Therefore, Wengong is actually the advanced stage of Wugong. Literature and science is a more advanced theory in the literary arena of plum blossom boxing than that of boxing and science. It is the theory and basis for guiding all activities of the plum blossom boxing school, especially the activities of the literary arena. Literature and science have been handed down from generation to generation mainly in the form of handwritten scriptures. There are also some other prose characters and graphs that have been copied repeatedly. They are regarded as the most precious treasures than life. They are tightly collected and never easy to show. After many times of hard persuasion in the investigation, we found and transcribed some of them. Although not exhaustive, we also found out the main guiding ideology of plum blossom boxing and the main contents and methods of its literary activities.
Literature and science are mainly based on Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism and Zhouyi, but its content is mainly related to cultivation of mind and spirituality. Although some religious words such as God, Buddha, immortality and Tao are still retained, their meanings have changed and become the terms used in the practice of spiritual and spiritual cultivation. Even Confucianism and the sentences in the Book of Changes are the same. For example, "Three Principles and Five Constants". When discussing the cultivation of mind, human spirit and spirit are called "Three Principles". Heart, liver, spleen, stomach and kidney are called "Five Constants". When discussing boxing and physical training, heaven, earth and human beings are called "Three Principles". Five directions in east, west, north and South are "Five Constants". In any method of plum blossom boxing, we attach great importance to the direction. For example, in the Book of Changes, the divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divinatory divination: "Geng No one is seen in the court. It refers to the realm where two kinds of skills (Genbei) and (Xingting) in literary refinement can stop mindfulness and forgetfulness. There are also some stories of Buddhist and divine preaching in the classics of literature, but they all refer to the history of guiding the development and spread of plum blossom boxing, and giving some honorable names to the ancestors who made outstanding contributions to the development and dissemination of plum blossom boxing in order to commemorate it. The ancestor of plum blossom boxing was afraid that his disciples could not understand the implicit language and borrowed words in the classics when they studied literature and science, and there was also a text explanation. "The sermon is not separated from the body, the iron is not separated from the anvil, the avenue is clear in the human body, charming do not know to look outside, mud-shaped wooden elephants are false, iron and copper casting is not true, practice is not met with famous teachers, in vain. The "Tao", "Dao" and "Practice" mentioned here, of course, are all guides to practice. It is clearly pointed out that the content of literary theory is not religious superstition, but the skill of cultivating one's mind. In addition, it can be as follows: "Buddha in Lingshan do not ask far, Lingshan in your mind, everyone has a Lingshan Pagoda, good to repair under the Lingshan Pagoda." Here the term "Buddha" refers to the Tao of Immortality, while "Lingshan" and "Lingshan Pagoda" refer to the heart. Note that the "heart" in exercise is not the heart, but the nerve center, the cerebral cortex, which guides the production idea. Plum blossom boxing literary arena is mainly refined literary skills, that is, cultivation of mind, spiritual refinement. Refinement must be quiet, clear-minded and lack of desire, get rid of all miscellaneous ideas, quiet and inaction. In literature and science, many Buddhist and Taoist theories and methods have been absorbed in the practice of Buddhism and Taoism. For example, in Buddhism, "three converts and five precepts", i.e. converting to Buddha-Yuan Shen; converting to Dharma-Yuan Qi; converting to monk-Yuan Jing. Five precepts - killing, stealing, kiln, wine, delusion. In Taoism, "Three Treasures and Five Elements" are three treasures - spirit, five elements - benevolence - wood is good for liver, righteousness - gold is good for lung, courtesy - fire is good for heart, wisdom - water is good for kidney, faithfulness - earth is good for spleen, and so on. There are many other contents in literary theory about merit and method, such as: "by Fanxi Saint Xitian, inverting Luoshu to meditate on meditation", "to know where life is, away from Kantu is the ancestral home", "to exist in vain, to destroy the original emptiness, to guard the spiritual palace in the right heart, Xixian Xitian Rong, not to live in all ways. There are few people running down a main road, starting at the entrance to the porch, nourishing the soul, keeping God in good spirit and soul. These are the ways of cultivating one's mind and adjusting one's rest into silence, such as: practicing whether one goes to sit or lie, the door of heaven is always open and closed, reading books intentionally, not going out of the world, not dissipating one's breath, long-term exercise of natural emptiness of mind, emptiness of mind, emptiness of body hexagram, and long-term natural golden Dan achievement. Suddenly, the clear mind of seeing nature realized where the meta-nature came from and where it went, leaving life and death to return to its original source. The above is "refined gas". The fundamental law of "refining and gasifying the gods, refining the gods and returning the empty". Attention here is not only about the skill, but also some experience in practicing it. Another example is: "My Avenue says that there is no difference between the face and the wall. It's like Mount Tai. If you don't catch up with me, you don't want to miss it. If you don't look at it, you won't be surprised, you can't say a word." There is no sky, no sun, no moon, no eucalyptus, no birds, no beasts, no water, no mountains, no one without self, no confusion, no life without all living beings, no fire and no smoke, and the quiet and spiritual sparkle after knowing the end of the day, so that the day is endless, the mind forgets the shape, the mind never fades away, the sudden departure of the Yuan Shen, see the heaven and the earth and the three lights. This is the way inside the body and outside the body. This is a practice of meditation. It is not only a practice of gong, but also the experience and thinking activities of practitioners. When people of refinement reach a high level of kungfu, they often lead to special functions of the human body, so their thinking and feelings are difficult for ordinary people to understand and understand. This is also a reason why the arts and sciences are so abstruse that it is difficult for the general couple to understand them. In literature, practitioners are often referred to as practitioners of Taoism or Buddhist disciples, and the principles of seeking long life or practicing literary skills are called wordless sutras. For example, "Golden Purlin, Golden Beam, Golden Temple and Red Gate are unlocked. You say you are a true Buddhist disciple. Why don't you bring keys?" The lotus is the key to spring, the wordless True Classic is hidden, the truthfulness opens the three-spring lock, and a clear road to home. The main points of plum blossom boxing literary merit here are as follows: one is "lotus" - that is, the tongue touches the upper palate to make the internal Qi circulate every day; the other is tempering nature to become "authenticity", which is also the meaning of "life" and "life".
Plum blossom is rooted in Pingxiang and blossoms in all directions. Since the early Qing Dynasty, with Pingxiang as the center, plum blossom boxing has spread all over Hebei, Shandong and Henan, radiating over ten provinces, cities and more than 20 countries and regions on five continents. Up to now, in 253 administrative villages of Pingxiang County, plum blossom boxing is practiced in villages. 70% of villages have plum blossom boxing classes (teams). Among them, there are dozens of large classes, more than 100 people, and dozens of small classes. In the 1980s, more than 60,000 people often practiced plum blossom boxing, including more than 10,000 in class and 50,000 in practice. Guangzong, Weixian, Julu, Nanhe, Jize, Yongnian, Juye, Jiaxiang, Peixian and other counties and cities also have more people practicing plum blossom boxing. Among them, 65% of the villages in Guangzong practise plum blossom boxing, and 4500 disciples. Since 1991, Pingxiang County has held the "China"* Pingxiang Plum Blossom Quan Festival "every 16 January, disciples from all over the country and 20 countries abroad come to Houmazhuang Zou's Tomb Group to seek roots, worship ancestors, discuss skills, exchange and seminars. For more than a decade, Pingxiang County has organized Plum Blossom Quan Wushu Teams to participate in provincial, municipal and Asian-Pacific Wushu. Exchange meetings, and many awards.
Neihuang plum blossom boxing
Plum blossom boxing is an excellent traditional boxing with a long history, ancient and mysterious. Practice with five postures, and the shape of plum blossom, so called plum blossom boxing. Neihuang Meihua Quan was introduced into Neihuang by Zou Zhigang and Meng Youde, the fourth generation of Meihua Quan in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. They passed the fist one by one and the palm one by one. During the Shunzhi reign of the Qing Dynasty, Wang Dengbang of Houhua Village in Neihuang and Yang Bing of Dingzhuang in Neihuang paid tribute to Zou Zhigang, four generations of Meihua Quan successively. Cai Guangrui was a teacher. He formally practiced Meihua Quan, together with his brothers Wang Dengbang and Yang Bingshi, who were sympathetic with each other, often engaged in literary and martial Arts exercises, and made great progress in boxing. After Yang Bingde's plum blossom boxing passed down, he practiced 39 in winter and 3 volts in summer, and became a good martial artist. "Neihuang County Chronicle" and "Zhangde Fu Chronicle" called Yang Bing "tiger neck ape arm, extraordinary bravery, writing magnificent, set up a pen." Yang Bing, who had the talent of Wentao's martial arts, had no intention of official career at first. He devoted himself to his art and widely taught plum blossom boxing in Neihuang. After many proud students completed their studies, they went to nearby areas to set up martial arts apprenticeship. Everyone knows that his ancestor Yang Bing was from Neihuang County, so they call his plum blossom boxing Neihuang blossom.
Since its inception, Neihuang Meihua Quan has been divided into "Wenchang" and "Wuchang". And "Wenchang" guides "Wuchang". Guided by the theories of Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism and the Book of Changes, his "Wenchang" teaches disciples to follow the "Three Principles" and follow the "Five Luns" and "Eight Virtues" to cultivate themselves and train their spirits and spirits. Guided by ancient military thought and tactics, Wuchang requires disciples to practice hard, while still moving, avoiding reality and fighting emptiness, daring to fight and winning, and making a living by courage. The movement structure of Neihuang plum blossom boxing is symmetrical, compact, dynamic and static, rigid and flexible, combined with beating and holding, all at one go, all the movements are based on flexibility, emphasizing internal Qi training, external shape training, internal and external concurrent training. Because of its simple style, changeable, strong offensive and defensive skills, it can not only keep fit, but also develop people's wisdom, so it is deeply loved by the general public.
In the winter of the fifty-first year of Kangxi, Yang Bing was named Wu Xunhua by Kangxi in the examination of Renchen Kewudian. Later, he was appointed the former guard of the imperial court and the capital of Beijing Ying. Later, because of his outstanding achievements, he was appointed a general practitioner. After Yang Bingdezhong explored flowers in Beijing, he taught Neihuang plum blossom boxing in Beijing. But there is no public name. So far, Beijing plum blossom boxing practitioners also call it "Lao Yang Quan".
In the early years of Qianlong, Yang Bingci returned home to serve his mother. In order to make Neihuang plum blossom boxing pass down from generation to generation, carry forward and develop regularly. Yang Bing, nearly 70 years old, wrote a landmark book Preface to Practicing Wushu in the development of plum blossom boxing in the seventh year of Qianlong (1742). Xi Wu Xu absorbed the essence of ancient Chinese art of war, and rubbed into the profound ideas and principles of Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism and Yi learning. It has unique theoretical characteristics. It is regarded as a gem by the majority of plum blossom boxing practitioners including Neihuang Meihua Quan, and has been widely circulated in Shandong, Hebei and Henan. It has laid the ideological foundation. Yang Bing also received a wide range of disciples on the West Bank of the Canal River, and tended to teach in court, which laid the organizational foundation for the Yihe boxing movement. For example, the birthplace of Yihe Boxing is Shaliuzhai in Xianxian County, Hebei Province, Liyuan Tun in Guanxian County, Shandong Province, and so on. Boxers also call their boxing "imparted by Master Yang Bing". Plum Blossom Quan launched and led the anti-imperialist patriotic movement of Yihe Quan in the late Qing Dynasty, and made indelible contributions to the development of modern Chinese society. Among them, Yang Bing and his Preface to Wushu Practice contributed a lot.
Because the plum blossom boxing disciples are very few politicians, written records are also very few. Yang Bing is the earliest generation of master with written records in the history of plum blossom boxing.
Neihuang plum blossom boxing, flowers blossom in all directions, fragrant and elegant thousands of miles. Since the founding of Yang Bing, it has been centered around Neihuang, covering Hebei, Shandong and Henan, radiating dozens of provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions throughout the country. Up to now, 531 administrative villages in Neihuang County have practiced Neihuang plum blossom boxing, with more than 100 people and less than 10 people. Since 1990, Canadian, Singaporean and Neihuang plum blossom boxing disciples from all over the country have come to Neihuang to seek their roots and worship their ancestors, to discuss their skills and exchange seminars.
Plum Blossom Pile in Colleges and Universities
Development Background
Han Qichang, known as the "Nantuo Xia", openly taught plum blossom Boxing at Peking University. Later, Yanzi Jiebai studied art. Later, the Tibetan Meteorological Bureau worked for 18 years, facing difficulties one after another, legendary achievements were achieved through plum blossom stake martial arts. Later, he was transferred to the Department of Mathematics of Shandong University to teach. After teaching, he began to disseminate plum blossom piles in the form of associations in universities. Yan Zijie combines the problem of College Students'academic tension and physical deterioration to carry out a new practice of plum blossom pile, which is based on the small plum blossom pile, and boldly reforms with the spirit of ruling by force, such as increasing "scattering", "dragonfly dropping water", "many people looking for doors". From then on, the plum blossom pile has gradually developed to Shandong Normal University, Jinan University, Changqing University Town Shandong Jiaotong College and more than a dozen other universities, forming a good situation that most undergraduate colleges and universities in Jinan have clubs of plum blossom pile. With the development of half a century, plum blossom pile has gone out of Jinan's colleges and universities to Weihai, Qingdao, Yantai, Linyi, Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Fuzhou, Guilin, Sichuan, Nanning and other universities. It has formed a large platform for learning and exchanging among universities all over the country.
New features
Because the plum blossom pile in Colleges and universities is spread in the form of associations, it presents many new characteristics. In addition to daily training, weekly training, winter and summer training, and listening to Mr. Yan Zijie's lectures, there are more rich and exciting activities, such as holidays, group outings with other schools, school activities and performances, while acquiring good kungfu. Get to know a lot of friends and practice social skills. Mainly by the following characteristics:
(1) A truly nationwide college student association, a community that can be brothers and sisters throughout the country. All over the country, plum blossom piles are brothers and sisters. Almost all the first-tier City universities have plum blossom piles. We have the purpose of "the world plum blossom is a family". When we meet, we just need to pull the shelf, talk about literature and science, show it, and confirm that we are all one family. We all have common goals and support each other. The reason why the club can be spread throughout the country, condenses the efforts of teachers and brothers, after graduation, they bring plum blossom stakes to work and study places.
(2) A community that can truly insist on learning for four years and even continue to practice after graduation. Generally, University associations are empty and empty. Most of the activities are held in the form of empty posts. The students have not gained much. They rely on honor to improve their enthusiasm. They have strong purposefulness and interests. The brain drain is serious and sophomores have basically retired except the president and minister. Mainly because of its poor connotation, the essence of vitality determines survival. Plum Blossom Pile is entirely out of interest, basically relying on conscious interest, not forced, after learning to practice martial arts, both civil and martial arts, self-cultivation, almost every afternoon will train for at least one and a half hours, there is a home, feelings here, sweat here, so as long as you like to keep up with the teacher's ideas and keep the spirit of progress in society. Four years in a regiment is not a problem. After training, it is called a genuine all-rounder in both civil and military fields.
(3) A traditional martial arts association which combines martial arts with Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism. We not only learn martial arts, but also learn Confucianism's positive entry into the WTO,'To stand for the heaven and earth, to open peace for the present world'. We also have Taoist self-cultivation, beyond the pursuit of inaction, more Buddhist mindset, Zen and Wushu unified goal pursuit. Practice over the years has proved that plum blossom boxing is the carrier of traditional culture. The best way to enhance brain spirituality and develop wisdom is to "rule the heart with martial arts". After the training of plum blossom blossom pile martial arts in university, young people are not only healthy, energetic, with certain skills of self-defense, but also more importantly, he. They are quick-witted, intelligent, with strong psychological quality and excellent moral cultivation.
(4) A student organization that emerges from a community but transcends it. Plum blossom boxing is a special traditional culture, and it is also a science to train the brain's spiritual development wisdom. It is held in different social strata and groups, and its development direction is also different. Taking the representative team of Shandong Meihua Quan Research Association as an example, all of the 30 people are college graduates or above, 94% of them are undergraduates, 7 masters, 5 doctors and 3 professors. So after graduation, most college students can continue training and research. And in their respective fields, posts to make their own contributions, the real realization of both civil and military.

brief introduction
Because of the accumulation of Yan teachers in China for half a century and the frequent exchange of some teachers and brothers abroad, they have brought plum blossom stakes to the world. Over the past few years, based on Shandong University, they have trained and trained the United States, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Belgium, Austria, Korea, Slovakia, Britain, Switzerland, Israel and France. Overseas students and foreign teachers from more than a dozen countries, such as Ukraine and Australia. They worked very hard in plum-blossom pile martial arts training, and tried hard to learn the literary knowledge of plum-blossom pile, to understand the history and fine tradition of plum-blossom pile. We have also organized these students and foreign friends to visit and study in the countryside of Weixian, Guangzong, Pingxiang and Wuqiang in Hebei Province, Dongming and Liaocheng in Shandong Province, where plum-blossom stakes are prevalent, to visit the local plum-blossom-blossom-boxing elderly and to participate in the "Bright-blossom-fighting" activities there. These foreign disciples have established deep feelings with us, and most of them still keep in touch with us after they return home. Because plum blossom pile itself contains a broad and profound core of traditional culture, has a strong vitality, strong tolerance, and the strength of graduation of brother and sister enhanced, it is inevitable to spread abroad.
Current Situation of Development Abroad
Since the establishment of the plum blossom pile Association of Shandong University in 1984, freshmen have been recruited every academic year and disciples have been continuously trained and trained. In October 1990, Professor Yan Zijie and Professor Lu Yao attended the International Symposium on the origin of modern Chinese society and Boxer Movement held in Jinan. Since then, after many exchanges between us, we have decided to go to France to teach Plum Blossom Pile culture and martial arts by Yanyan and civilians. Since Yanyan Yanyan and Ren Junmin came to France in 1988 to teach plum blossom boxing, they have gone through a lot of hardships and hardships, more than ten years have passed in the blink of an eye. The organization of Plum Blossom Quan in France has also undergone changes. Today, with the long-term joint efforts of Yanyan, Ren Junmin and friends of Plum Blossom Quan in France, many things have been done for the cultural exchange between China and Europe and the spread of Plum Blossom Stake Culture. Today, the spread of Plum Blossom Pile Martial Arts in Europe has laid the foundation and achieved remarkable results. In retrospect of the development and roots of plum blossom boxing in Europe, the first introduction to its old friends, such as Nicolas, Reisson and Maugenstein, has made great contributions.
The second is Raymond Ambrosi, a Canadian who was also a foreign student studying Chinese at Shandong University. Besides fluent Chinese, he also knows Japanese well. He has a strong interest in Chinese plum blossom pile culture. He has traveled between China and Canada for many times, and often made in-depth rural investigation visits. He has a profound understanding of the local conditions and customs of rural China and the organization and activities of plum blossom boxing. He is still studying for his Ph.D. in folklore at Peking University. Since the early nineties of last century, he has translated many articles on plum blossom pile's literature, science and martial arts. In 1995, Ariel and his friends Alice Lee founded the Canadian Plum Blossom Pile Association. Since then, Yanzijie has been invited twice to visit Canada's Rikkana and Vancouver Christian Boxing.
In addition, foreign friends who have been with us and helped us spread plum pile culture over the years include Oded Ben-dov in Israel, Xavier in France, Carmen Farruggia, Lydia Thompson in the United States, Katrina in Switzerland and Olivier in Austria. (Katharina Schneider and Olivier); (German) De Gark and (American) Dirk VOM Felde & Virginia Robson; Ishikawa Pupil in Japan; Nova Scheidt in Canada;... Wait. Since 2004, he has been in frequent contact with disciples Weng Zhengmao, Zhang Qifeng and Wei Zhiyuan of Meihua Quan in Taiwan, and has been constantly conducting friendly exchanges.
Over the years, with the help of friends from all over the world, Plum Blossom Pile Martial Arts has been spreading to the whole world. More and more disciples emigrate, travel to study or live abroad. It is also more convenient for domestic disciples to travel and visit abroad. Therefore, the prospects for the spread of plum blossom pile culture around the world are very bright.
The vast and profound plum blossom pile culture is the crystallization of wisdom of Chinese ancestors and the great contribution of our ancestors to the treasure house of world culture. The magnificent plum blossom pile cause is just like the rising sun with boundless prospects.
