Yanshou Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Changping District, Beijing, is located in the northeast of Changping District, between 116 ° 15'14 "~ 116 ° 27'03" E and 40 ° 15'33 "~ 40 ° 23'30" n. It borders Huairou District in the northeast, Xingshou town and cuicun town in the south, Shisanling town in the West and Yanqing District in the northwest. In September 2011, 22 of the 30 villages in Changling town were assigned to Shisanling Town, and the other 8 villages were merged with 9 villages in Xingshou town to form Yanshou town. By the end of 2018, Yanshou had 10956 registered residence population. As of June 2020, Yanshou town has 17 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the government of Yanshou town is located in the south of Jingling village, Shisanling Town, Changping District.
In 2011, the total revenue of Yanshou town was 109.18 million yuan, including 48.22 million yuan of local revenue. From the perspective of major taxes, business tax was 64.088 million yuan, value-added tax was 9.622 million yuan, and personal income tax was 7.272 million yuan.

The origin of place names
Yanshou town is named after Yanshou temple in the territory.
Silver Pagoda
Yinshan Tallinn, located in Yanshou Town, Changping District, is a national scenic spot. The Buddhist holy land in the east of Liao and Jin Dynasties is one of the "eight scenes of Yanping" in Ming and Qing Dynasties. The original name is "iron cliff and silver mountain", because the cliff is as steep as a tall wall, and the color is as black as iron. After the snow, the mountains are all white, and the color is as silver. The Liao Dynasty pagodas in Yinshan are the most famous scenic spots in China. Since the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, the pagodas have a history of more than 600 years since the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The pagodas have been built for 600 years. Among the people, there is a saying that there are countless pagodas in Yinshan. The large tower group is several feet high, and the small one is a diameter ruler. The height is scattered, the layout is regular, and the structure is consistent. They are all octagonal plane, and the shape is exquisite. There are many relief sculptures on the tower body, and the lines are beautiful. After many vicissitudes, the tower is well preserved for a long time.
On January 13, 1988, Yinshan talin was announced as the third batch of national key cultural relics protection units by the State Council.
Yanshou Temple
Yanshou temple, located two kilometers to the north of heishanzhai village, Yanshou Town, Changping District, is a three entrance courtyard temple. The main gate is a three Bay temple gate. When you enter the temple gate, you can look up. A huge "Buddha" made of white and Han jade is standing on the hill facing the sun. Against the sky, it is very dazzling. The Bodhisattva hall is the second Hall of Yanshou temple, with three rooms in width and three rooms in depth. In the hall, there are statues of Sakyamuni and Jasper Avalokitesvara carved in white marble. Jasper Avalokitesvara is 1.2 meters high, which is rare in China and is very valuable. The main hall is the third Hall of Yanshou temple, and it is also the main building of the temple. Three Buddhas are worshipped in the hall, which is called the third Buddha, making Yanshou temple a temple with three treasures of Buddha, Dharma and monk.

Beijing Dayangshan National Forest Park, located in Yanshou Town, northeast of Changping District, belongs to the Yanshan Mountains, with a total area of 2106.5 square kilometers. The forest coverage rate of the scenic spot is more than 90%. The terrain in the park gradually forms a gentle slope from northwest to Southeast. The western and northern parts are mountainous and semi mountainous areas, bounded by Nankou and Juyongguan. The western mountainous areas are collectively called Xishan, belonging to Taihang Mountains. The northern mountain area is called Jundu mountain, belonging to Yanshan mountain range.
