Luzhi town is located at the junction of the southern foot of Daiyun mountain and the northern foot of bopingling mountain, in the southeast of Zhangping City. It is adjacent to Anxi County in the East, Hua'an County in the south, Jingcheng and Guilin streets in the west, Heping and Xinan in the north. There are 5 neighborhood committees and 4 administrative villages.
