By the seventh year of Emperor Wen's reign (226), there was no name of the city. Yongzheng's "Shaanxi Tongzhi" recorded "Wei provincial town".
Western Jin Dynasty (265-316)
Xunyi county has three counties, all belong to Xinping County of Jingzhou, one is Sanshui county. "The dictionary of Chinese place names" said in the article "Fuyi": "the Northern Wei Dynasty moved to Sanshui to govern." "Shaanxi geographical evolution" says: "Han Dynasty established Sanshui County in Guyuan County of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and Northern Wei Dynasty moved to Xunyi County in 436." "Tongdian · Zhoujun" Three: "the Western Wei Dynasty to Hengzhou, but also the Han Dynasty Yongzheng's "Tongzhi of Shaanxi Province: a study of the prefecture and county in the Western Wei Dynasty": Hengzhou governs Sanshui county. "The geographical evolution of Shaanxi Province:" in 535, the first year of Datong in the Western Wei Dynasty, Hengzhou was set up in the county (actually for overseas Chinese), and it was soon abolished. " "Cihai · historical geography" said in the article "Nanchen Prefecture": "the name of the state. It was established in the Northern Wei Dynasty. The name comes from the fact that there is Chenzhou in the north of the state. It is located in Baitu (now southwest of Binxian county). It has jurisdiction over Binxian, Xunyi, Changwu and Jingchuan of Gansu Province. " Nanchenzhou was changed into Chenzhou in 553, the second year of abolishing the emperor of the Western Wei Dynasty. Geography evolution of Shaanxi: Xinping County of Chenzhou in Western Wei Dynasty has jurisdiction over Sanshui county.
Northern Dynasties and Northern Zhou Dynasty (581-618)
Yuande county and Gaoping County were abolished, and the jurisdiction was merged into Sanshui County, which belongs to Xinping County of Chenzhou. Yongzheng's general annals of Shaanxi Province: a survey of the prefectures and counties in the Northern Zhou Dynasty: Xinping County in Chenzhou governs three counties: Baitu, Sanshui and Yongshou.
Sui Dynasty (581-618)
It first belonged to Chenzhou, then to Beidi County, and then to Xinping County, Sanshui county. Yuanhe county annals: Sanshui belonged to Chenzhou in the third year of kaihuang (583). Cihai: Historical Geography: "Beidi County, Daye was changed to Chenzhou at the beginning. The government is located in Anding (now Ningxian county). Its jurisdiction is equivalent to that of Ningxian, Heshui, Zhengning, Qingyang, Xunyi and Binxian in Gansu Province. " According to the supplement to the textual research of geographical records of Sui Dynasty, "in the first year of Yining (618), six counties including anding, Luochuan, Xiangle, PENGYUAN, Xinping and Sanshui were established in Beidi County of Sui Dynasty. In the second year of Yining (619), Anding was returned to Yixian, and Xinping and Sanshui belonged to Xinping County."
Tang Dynasty (618-907)
It belongs to Yingzhou of Gyeonggi Prefecture and is Sanshui county. The third chapter of Tongdian Zhoujun: "the Tang Dynasty was divided into 15 counties, and this (guyongzhou) was the guanneidao in the capital". Jiazhou in Gyeonggi Prefecture, according to the Tong Dian, has four counties and two Sanshui sequences. It is said that there are Sanshui County under the jurisdiction of Yingzhou, including the geography records of the old Tang Dynasty, the topography of the new Tang Dynasty, the county records of Yuanhe County, the general records of Shaanxi Province of Yongzheng, and the Sanshui county records of various editions of the Qing Dynasty.

Northern Song Dynasty (960-1126)

Jin (1115-1278)
Qingyuan Road belongs to Jiazhou, Sanshui county. Geography records of the Jin Dynasty II: Qingyuan Road, Jiazhou County, the end of Sanshui sequence. "Xi'an Fu Zhi": Sanshui "the Tang Dynasty belongs to Jiazhou, because of the gold.".
Yuan (1271-1368)
At the beginning, it belonged to gongchang road of xingzhongshu Province in Shaanxi Province, which was Sanshui county. In 1270, it was merged into Chunhua County, which belonged to Jiazhou of xingzhongshu Province in Shaanxi Province. The county under the jurisdiction of gongchang Road, Shaanxi Province in Yuan Dynasty, is marked with Sanshui in 13-14 pictures in volume 7 of the atlas of Chinese history. As for the time of incorporation into Chunhua, Yuan history · geography III, unified annals of the Qing Dynasty, administrative geography research of the Yuan Dynasty · evolution of Shaanxi, Yongzheng's Shaanxi Tongzhi are all said to be "the seventh year of the Yuan Dynasty" (1270), while Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, Tongzhi's Sanshui county annals and chuangxiu Chengchi Ji are said to be "the eighteenth year of the Yuan Dynasty" (1358). But "Zhizheng" was the last year of Shun emperor, the last emperor of Yuan Dynasty. It was only 10 years from the 18th year of Zhizheng to the death of Yuan Dynasty. If it was merged into Chunhua at this time, it could be said that Sanshui county was set up in miadai. According to the Da Yuan Yi Tong Zhi, there are 2 counties in Shaanxi Province, including Xinping and Chunhua, without Sanshui county. The old county annals of each edition are in the category of "official genus". The order of Jin county is followed by the name of Ming County, and the order of Yuan county is missing. Therefore, "Zhizheng" is obviously a mistake of "Zhiyuan", which is incorporated into the time of Chunhua. It should be subject to the seventh year of yuanzhiyuan (1270). Chunhua County, according to the three records of Yuan history, belongs to Jiazhou, the province of xingzhongshu in Shaanxi and other places.
Ming Dynasty (1368-1644)
It belongs to the Xi'an Prefecture of Shaanxi Province, which was still merged into Chunhua County at the beginning, and then restored to Sanshui county. According to the annotation of "Sanshui" in "Ming history · geography", it is said that "in September of the 13th year of Chenghua (1477), we analyzed the location of Chunhua County". Yongzheng's "Shaanxi Tongzhi · Jianzhi" 3: "in the 13th year of Chenghua, it began to cut Chunhua Shili to set up this city (referring to Sanshui county) According to the records of creating and repairing the city, "in the 13th year of the reign of Dingyou in Chenghua, the residents thought about restoring the old town. Under the Chen system, they still established Sanshui as the county." The same is true of yongdaji and other editions of the old county annals. It can be seen that before the 13th year of Chenghua, Sanshui was still incorporated into Chunhua; in the 13th year of Chenghua, it was separated from Chunhua, and Sanshui became a county again. The unified annals of the Ming Dynasty: Xi'an Prefecture, Xi'an Prefecture, Xi'an Prefecture, Xi'an Prefecture, Xi'an Prefecture, Xi'an Prefecture, Xi'an Prefecture, Xi'an Prefecture, Xi'an Prefecture, Xi'an Prefecture, Xi'an Prefecture, Xi'an Prefecture, Xi'an Prefecture, Xi'an Prefecture.

" This is the same as "the unified annals of the Qing Dynasty" and "the general annals of Shaanxi" by Yongzheng.
