Qingyuan District Qingyuan District, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the middle of Hebei Province, with Lianchi district and Xushui District in the north, Wangdu county and Boye County in the south, Mancheng District in the west, Anxin County, Gaoyang County and Li County in the East. Since ancient times, it has been known as "three passes in the north and nine provinces in Nantong". The geographical coordinates are between 38 ° 10 ′~ 40 ° 00 ′ N and 113 ° 40 ′~ 116 ° 20 ′ E. Qingyuan district has a long history. Yangshao cultural relics were unearthed in Dongzang village and dawangting. In May 1986, Qingyuan County was designated as Baoding County until April 2015. On May 8, 2015, the Ministry of Civil Affairs agreed to abolish Qingyuan County and establish Qingyuan district. There are Beijing Hong Kong Macao expressway, Baocang expressway, Baoheng highway, Baoxin highway and Beijing Shijiazhuang high speed railway throughout the territory. On May 20, 2006, ha ha Qiang (Qingyuan and Qingxian County, Hebei Province) was listed in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list with the approval of the State Council.

Historical evolution
Qingyuan district has a long history. According to the cultural relics unearthed from Dongzang village and dawangting Yangshao cultural site, it was inhabited as early as 6000-7000 years ago.
From the second to the fifth year of Yuanshuo (127-125 BC), Qingyuan County belonged to Zhuo county.
In the Eastern Han Dynasty, Yangcheng County was set up, belonging to Zhongshan state, and then Puyin county.
During the Three Kingdoms period, it belonged to weihejian county.
In 265, the first year of Taishi in the Western Jin Dynasty, Fanyu county was set up, and then Lexiang county was set up.
The first year of Taihe in the Northern Wei Dynasty (477) belongs to Gaoyang County.
In 556, four counties, Qingyuan, Lexiang, Fanyu and beixincheng, were abandoned and entered Yongning County. Later, it was renamed as Lexiang county and attached to Gaoyang County.
Sui kaihuang eighteen years (598), changed the county to Qingyuan County, Hejian county.
The first year of Wude (617) belongs to Youzhou, and the fourth year of Wude (621) belongs to Puzhou. In the first year of Zhenguan (725), it was changed to mozhou. Tianbao first year (742) belongs to Wen'an County, Zhide second year (757) also belongs to mozhou.
After the Five Dynasties, Fenghua army was set up in the early Tang Dynasty (923) and subordinate to Yuancheng county. Fenghua army was promoted to Taizhou in the third year of Tiancheng (928) and still belonged to Qingyuan City. In 959, Zhou Xiande was transferred to mozhou.
In the first year of song Jianlong (960), Qingyuan County was under the jurisdiction of the Baosai army, which implied the meaning of "defending the frontier fortress". In 981, Qingyuan County was changed to Baosai County, and Baosai army was promoted to Baozhou.
During the reign of Jingde of Song Dynasty, Manchu city was merged into Baosai county. In 1113, the county was granted the name of Qingyuan.
In 1129, Shuntian army was set up in the old city, and Baozhou was changed into Shuntian Jiedushi area, belonging to Hebei East Road. In 1176, Baosai county was changed into Qingyuan County. In the 28th year of Dading (1188), Mancheng County was set up by Qingyuan, which still belonged to Baozhou.
In 1213, the Mongolian army captured Qingyuan City. Zhenyou two years, given the name Qingyuan County.
In the 11th year of Emperor Taizong of Mongolia (1239), Shuntian army was changed into Shuntian Road, which governed Qingyuan County. In 1257, Shuntian road was changed to Baoding road to govern Qingyuan.
In the first year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1368), Baoding road was changed to Baoding Prefecture, which governed Qingyuan County.
In 1669, the governor of Zhili moved from Zhengding to Qingyuan City.
In 1912, Qingyuan County was abolished.
In 1928, Zhili Province was abolished and Qingyuan County was established in Hebei Province.

In 1938, the Communist Party of China established the Anti Japanese democratic government of Qingyuan County in beiwangli.
In 1944, Qingyuan County and Zhiguang county were merged to lead the Anti Japanese army and people to carry out the strategic counter offensive. They were initially called Zhiguang County, and the next year they were renamed Qingyuan County.
In 1948, the people's Government of North China was established, and Qingyuan County was subordinate to the ninth special district of Jizhong, the North China Administrative Region. In November, Qingyuan City was liberated, and Baoding Municipal People's government was established in Qingyuan City. The city and county were divided into two groups, and Qingyuan County People's government moved to zhongran.
In October 1958, the State Council decided to abolish Qingyuan County, and Tang County, Wangdu county and Qingyuan County were merged, known as Tang county.
In December 1958, Qingyuan was separated from Tang County, and Qingyuan district was established. It was governed by nandaran, belonging to Baoding city.
In March 1960, Qingyuan County, Wanxian county and Mancheng city were merged into Qingyuan County, which is still Baoding city.
In May 1961, the original Qing court was restored, and the administrative office was moved back to nandalan, which was transferred to Baoding district.
In 1970, Baoding district was renamed Baoding City, still under the jurisdiction of Qingyuan County.

The average annual rainfall is about 451 mm, mainly from July to August, accounting for about 60 of the total annual rainfall.

Tanghe
Tanghe River originates from Hunyuan County, Shanxi Province and enters Qingyuan district from the northwest of gujiaying village. It flows through beiwangli, Lizhuang, Wenren, zhangdeng, Shiqiao, Heqiao and other towns, and is called Xintang River after dongshiqiao joins Qingshui River. Yuanqiao village to the north into Anxin county. It flows eastward to Tongkou and flows into Baiyangdian Lake. Qingshui River
Qingshui River, also known as Longquan River, new Jiulong River, Xinkai River. Longquan River and Qingshui River are the same river, and their names vary from section to section. From the boundary between Qingyuan and Mancheng district to nanlinshui, it is called Longquan River. At nanlinshui, it is called Qingshui River when Xinkai River joins. At dongshiqiao, it is called New Tang River when it merges with Tang River. New Jiulong River is a tributary of Longquan River. It flows into Longquan River in the north of Xixinzhuang village. Both Xinkai River and new Jiulong River are drainage channels in plain.
Caohe
Caohe River, originated in Yixian County, is 16.3km long and 4m wide at the boundary of Qingyuan district and Xushui District, with a safe discharge of 300m3 / s. It flows eastward from Qingyuan to dongma village in Anxin county and into Baiyangdian Lake.
Nanhuan DIHE
Nanhuandihe river is a huandihe river formed in 1964 in Baoding city for the construction of flood control embankment. The river flows into Qingyuan district through Jingshen Expressway in the northwest of Pingling village, and flows into Fuhe River in the east to Pingling pumping station. The river basically does not receive the upstream water.
Fu River
Fuhe River is 20.9 kilometers long in Qingyuan District, with a total flow area of 643.2 square kilometers and flows eastward to Baiyangdian Lake.
Golden thread River
The total length of Jinxian river is 28 km. It is 11.8 km long from beidaran of Qingyuan district to the mouth of Jinfu river.
Huanghuagou
Huanghuagou is 8 km long in Qingyuan district. Since 1970s, Huanghuagou has become a drainage channel for industrial and domestic sewage in Baoding city.
