Steps of making tuanyu soup:
1. Put Tuan Yu (soft shelled turtle) into a boiling water pot and scald to death. Chop off the head and claws, remove the shell, take out the viscera and wash. Wash the mutton and set it aside.
2. Cut the fish and mutton into 2 cm square pieces, put them in an aluminum pot, add some apples, ginger and water, bring to a boil over a high fire, and move them to a low fire to stew until cooked.
